Homewood Suites by Hilton Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach

Very nice and big rooms with a kichenette in the middle of Aliso Viejo just 20 minutes away from the ocean. You can easily reach Laguna Beach or Dana Point. Breakfast with bagels is included.. The beds are very comfortable and it is very quiet, so you can get a good sleep. A great coffee shop is nearby.

Rooms were not always cleaned to a satisfying level.

The breakfast included. Kitchen in the room. The wine and snacks on Wednesday. Location is good.

Exceptionally friendly staff, wonderful, huge room, good price for the area, close to so many things.

Breakfast was a bust. I know it's free but it shouldn't taste like it. Eggs were dry, fruit was old, waffles were rubbery, only decaf coffee. It was like you offered us breakfast but then resented having to make breakfast. Everything tasted 'irritated'.

The location for our stay was perfect. I more than 20 minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We would stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nothing! We did not have anything we did not like. Our only issue was we never paid attention to the signs for leaving our room and getting back to the front doors. 😂😂😂

People were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist were willing to work with us and helpful

We had a problem with check in I was told booking.com didn’t send over our reservation so I couldn’t get the two queen beds I had reserved

Breakfast area had good selection and the area was clean but it seemed that no guests wore masks anywhere in the area even in the elevators. But the room was clean and comfortable and the parking fee was less than in San Diego

The room was smaller than the one we stayed in at San Diego and the bathroom shower area was a bit awkward going in and out. There was only one chair at the dining table but room for two.

Loved the place, room, and location.

No TEA at breakfast. They have a hot water tap but no cups or tea in breakfast. You need to go to the front desk to ask you for tea, then to the coffee station for a cup, and then back to the breakfast station. I don’t understand why a Hilton if all places does not have their tea out for breakfast. I wanted a quick tea before my morning run it was not quick.

The property was beautiful and the room was very nice.

The only problem we had was we had a trailer and truck and the hotel wouldn’t let us purchase parking for the trailer and the truck for the nights we stayed and recommended us to park our truck in a parking garage down the street. They said they would have to move our truck if they had too many guests and not enough parking as if we were not guests at the hotel and just using all of there parking up.

The room was spacious and well appointed. We felt welcome and the staff were friendly. The parking and location of the hotel were ideal for us.

The carpet in our room didn't seem vacuumed. there was hair on the wall from being wiped down and the hard floors could have been cleaner. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

The property is clean and affordable. Their breakfast is pretty good given the COVID restrictions. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen. Would recommend staying here.

They charge you for parking or you can park about 5 walking minutes away in a nearby parking garage. It’s not a huge hassle but free parking directly at the hotel would be nice.
