SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was as well. Having a pool, bar, and a grill was also a nice touch (even if the pool is on the ground floor). Great airport shuttle and exceptional breakfast.

The switches for the lights were poorly placed, and you'd either have to walk in the dark to the beds or turn on the lamps by the beds before turning off the lights in the room. The lamps by the beds were placed way too high, so it becomes a bit of an awkward, half getting out of the bed or stretching your arm as far as you can reach while looking straight into the light.

Great big rooms and clean! Wonderful breakfast and courteous staff! Bar food and drink was great! Having a little market at the front was needed and appreciated! We enjoyed this hotel very much!

Sorry, you are surrounded by many many desperate, homeless folks looking for anything they can have out of your car. Worried about a break in wasbone thing but seeing the situation of homelessness so large, was horrible (from an empathetic standpoint)

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully styled and furnished, very modern. The bathrooms were beautiful and the king sized bed was hands down the best hotel bed we have ever slept in. We forgot swimsuits and couldn’t use the pool but it looked very clean We had dinner at the hotel bar and restaurant where the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for a baseball game and we couldn’t have found a more perfect location. 10/10 loved and would absolutely recommend! Can’t wait to stay here again.

The only thing we wished for was a hot tub. Everything else was perfect!

Too expensive for deposit I’m not paying $250-$300 plus my room to go to sleep overnight one night I have things to do with my money I can wait 7-10 business days to get my hold back that’s crazy it’s COVID people need their money

I liked the king size beds, the squishy pillows, and sheets, they felt fresh and cool and comfortable. I liked the AC thermostat it was easy to use. The bathroom looked super clean and white and the modern touches are spectacular. The cleaning ladies and gentlemen were kind and quick to my requests.

More bath towels and extra toilet paper in room

Enjoyed this hotel on the second time staying. First time was during COVID and everything was closed. This weekend it was lively and a great atmosphere. Though a little higher that surrounding hotels, very clean, breakfast in the morning AND THE BAR was AMAZING! Will definitely keep Springhill Suites in my arsenal when coming to visit Oakland again.

Breakfast is really good on the weekends especially with the scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage

I didn't like the fact that you guys served breakfast sandwiches on the weekdays and no scrambled eggs or bacon and sausage

The beds were comfortable and the room was huge. It also has a fridge and microwave, which not all hotel rooms do. In addition, they have a shuttle to the airport that you can schedule... and he was really friendly and sweet.

The TV was across the room and not in front of the beds OR couch. Weird... There's nothing nearby so you have to Uber.

Breakfast included was always a great start to the day. Friendly staff. Everyone said hello in passing. Very good food from the bar downstairs. Really clean place. I love coming here.

Maybe clean those vents. I was sneezing the entire time I had the heater on .. but other than that really nothing. Everything was perfect.

I loved that i was able to get a high floor with a nice view of the city. The front desk workers were amazingly nice, helped me extend my room for another day.

The breakfast.. didn’t really like the eggs or vegan sausage.
