Free parking, clean, nice room setup and very comfortable bed.

No light in the middle of the room, you have to switch on multiple lights to light it. Shower pressure a little weak.

the lady at front desk was so accommodating. I think she worked in back but came to help up front. I had a distressing drive in and she instantly made me feel better with her friendliness and accommodations.

it’s location was a bit urban for me and parking was awful.

The lobby and room was nice and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Towels were brought promptly when requested. The bed was comfortable.

My reservation stated that "breakfast included" which is usually a deciding factor on where I stay with a family of 5. I guess this does not mean "free" . Upon arrival, I was told there was a charge for breakfast. The options were good, but pricy for a family of 5. I was very disappointed. We had to leave out earlier in our day than planned to accommodate eating breakfast. Hotel breakfast options offered appeared quality though. Hallways were a bit noisy, walls are very thin.

Centrally located between shopping centers, restaurants, and close to Oakland Airport. Very convenient, and in a comfortable and diverse environment with all types of ethnicities and age groups representing the community.

The only thing that could improve is more security prescience when guests have to park in the desolate rear area of building with only one entrance and no visible surveillance.

We had an issue with an allergy. I didn't realize this property was pet friendly. The staff took care of placing us in a clean room with no pet hair that would irritate my allergies.

Only one small trash can in the bathroom. We had to leave trash putside our room. We had no maid service during our stay...at least give us place to throw our trash.

the AC didn’t work properly and was quite loud. I was not able to adjust it accordingly and had to get up several times during the night to turn it on and off. I was unable to open the heavy window to allow cool air in. Would have been nice to have at least 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths in room instead of 2 towels and 1 washcloth.

everything was perfectly convenient. The workout room is next to the pool and hot tub which is perfect!! right where I wanted to go next! The dining area is perfectly placed as well. parking spot on.

King room 307 was updated, spacious and stylish. Only qualms were no recycling cans around and bedside reading lamps were not bright enough. Otherwise, it's a great room for a very good price.

An included continental breakfast would have been nice. Nonetheless, this was a very good quality room at a great value.

Helpful staff: Abigail at front desk went above & beyond to assist us. Onsite breakfast was very convenient & delicious! We loved ordering individually & Sila was extremely friendly & helpful for our family!

The staff here is superb. Very courteous, professional and really go above and beyond. Nicholle is exceptional and made sure our lengthy stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff really takes time to connect with their guests on a personal level; and in a way that makes you feel right at home. This is especially appreciated and important during the effects of COVID-19. I was impressed with the amenities, and thorough cleanliness at this location. They also go out of their way to ensure the safety and security of their guests. THANK YOU Hilton Oak/San Leandro for a wonderful stay. This location and staff is a great example of true hospitality. I highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
