The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay

Nice breakfast; room was clean.

When I checked in, I was told there was an $18. per day parking fee. I did not see this information on the Booking.com website. I may not have chosen this stay as other hotels offer free parking.

The property and the room is very nice and clean. It also has a very nice bath tube. The staff was nice. The breakfast that is provided was really nice. The area around looks good, located in the Marina, just a few steps away from the Bay, and very close to a few restaurants.

The WiFi, supposedly fast, was utter crap and unusable. I could barely detect the signal from my room, let alone properly use it... Also, I thought that the parking was included with the hotel room. I had to pay 18$ to park my car for one night... That is quite expensive especially since there seem to be a lot of space nearby.

Location close to the park and some restaurants. There's a heated pool and jacuzzi (thou the jets were not working during the time we stayed, but it was heated, so i still get to enjoy soaking after a very long day). The staff are very nice and it was very easy to check in and out, very attentive to our needs. For the price we got more than we expected. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and towels. We will definitely go back!

Breakfast needs to improve, I stayed with cheaper hotels with better breakfast. At least maybe throw in a little bit of protein like a sausage or even an omelet. The only protein available was a hard-boiled egg.

Great location; close to airport, is within walking distance of a lovely park and restaurants; easy drive to interstates going to SF and Tiburon. We got a great deal on the booking; was a clean, spacious room, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were open even in Nov; staff was exceptional; they include a breakfast; there was a huge parking lot and we weren’t worried about our car getting broken into; there is a shuttle; and it’s near a pleasant neighborhood and lots of familiar retailers. We were also able to reserve a play pen. And also you can rent bikes for free.

Nothing - we were very satisfied with our visit.

Breakfast room is well situated on first floor with great light. The breakfast is okay. Coffee is good. good selection of yogurts. The location is convenient to the Oakland airport and the sight has good parking if you drive a car. The location over the marina is pleasant.

Breakfast could be healthier with more fruits and less sugary products. The hotel now charges for parking and it is reality expensive per day at $18. There are lots of places to park and I feel this is a bit of gouging the customer when it is not necessary.

I had Wi-Fi issues with my phone. I could not call out let alone receive had trouble calling my rideshare leaving in the lobby. I'm going to assume it's that little location corner even though I was by the pool which was great but my phone service sucks and so did my daughter is when she came to visit on Monday

Use of phones including the one in the room to make a local call when I couldn't use my own. I checked out early because of this I couldn't do a second morning without communication I should have been able to stay there till noon which was my plan

The free airport shuttle, free breakfast, nice lobby & grounds, bay view rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff were all reasons we came back to stay after our month- long trip. Thank you!

Hard cooked eggs are the only gluten-free option at the breakfast. Maybe some gluten-free oatmeal?? Also, why is the Marina so run down and abandoned? Gave us an eerie feeling although we did not feel unsafe walking over to the Mexican restaurant for a late night dinner.

Staff was wonderful. Everything was pretty clean. They had my room ready when I got there. Very easy to check out breakfast with decent and they had some cookies for us at the front desk

Had a problem with the toilet in my room that it was not draining that well. They said they're going to have to possibly bring in a snake when they take off the toilet to find a problem. The maintenance man was very nice and wanted to fix the problem

The hotel is beautiful and beautifully kept. Free wifi is always a wonderful thing. The provided self-serve breakfast was good with lots of options.

Only that a little more protein options for breakfast would be nice (the eggs were hard to peel), but I am really searching to find something. We had a great stay. The marina was sad and empty (not your fault), but it was still fairly clean.

We actually had to book this last minute because the first hotel that we booked was horrible and the staff was so accommodating and lovely the place was absolutely spotless it was a such a thankful change to the horrible hotel we had just seen the Marina Inn is beautiful I will make this a regular stay for me and my family

There's nothing to not like about this hotel is absolutely wonderful the breakfast is amazing the staff is amazing everything is super clean the shower is roomy the bathroom is nice it's just a great place
