Great front desk staff and housekeeping!

The older women at the cafe needs to chill! If she can't handle large crowds with increase order volume she needs to move on. She is so rude!

It was nice that the room was spacious, and I think the swimming pool was a little bigger than other places.

It was uncomfortable because there was no breakfast and there was no microwave in each room, and the ice machine on the third floor did not work, so I had to go up to the fourth floor every time. I think it would be better to clean the microwave. And after taking a shower, the ventilation is not good and the interior becomes damp.

Location was Perfect. For Everything that we wanted to do.

Checking Was a Disappointment. Your System Crashed 10min. Before I got there Tuesday Evening. Had a Reservation etc. Could not check in due to system down. Had to wait over an hour. To be able to check in. I asked if we could just get a room and worry about paperwork later. Because we had a Reservation no. But they said that they didn't know what rooms were vacant or if they were clean. I would think you would know what you have available. At 8:00 at Night. You should have a Back System to Safe Guard Yourself. So I am Not Impressed. With what took Place on Check In. Robert Butcher. 619 922-9128

The location was great for us. Staff were very helpful

Room was not very clean, specifically the shelf in the shower had not been cleaned and had a build up of shampoo and toothpaste on it. Shower door leaked terribly leaving large puddles of water on the tile outside. Bistro had limited menu and many items were not available. Staff was very pleasant and apologetic.

Large rooms, pool was clean and heated. Gym was big and had nice equipment

The blond woman working the Bistro in the morning was very grumpy. The drain in our bathroom sink smelled so we had to keep the door agar for the stay.

Honestly everything was awesome they were able to help me with getting my room due to the situation with the card, They were able to help with the noisy upstairs guests above me, the pool was open and nice, not too bad of a spot its not loud outside from freeways, just great. Would highly recommend.

Honestly one bad thing was the chip reader they didn't have one. So I almost ended up not being able to get my room. The strip on my card is temperamental and decides when it wants to work so I normally just use the chip. And I refuse to put anything big on my credit card. So it would've been nice to know that, that chip wasn't an option at the time. I think the second bad thing which wasn't necessarily their fault were the noisy upstairs guests, 2 nights in a row they were stomping around and playing music at 3AM. I finally called front desk the second night and it did seem to help. So thank you for that.

I like that it was exceptionally clean I like that we had the big window we had all the cable everything was working it was very comfortable and the location was pretty perfect.

No comp breakfast, we have stayed at other places during this time during a pandemic and we were given a breakfast which was given to us in a bag which included a bagel and juice and a choice of breakfast sandwich and other place a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich and I believe that breakfast being sold was a little pricey and 10:00 is too early to close, if those changes were made it'd be perfect

Everything! Honestly, I can’t think of any negatives where my stay was concerned…Erica at the front desk was exceptional! So kind and helpful! Lovely person…

The staff were wonderful and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile on our way out or in.

The location is boring, unfortunately, there is nothing that a hotel can improve other than laying out more vegetation and flowers.

The staff was grrrrreat..... the front desk person helped us get checked in SUPER EARLY....(9am) because we had to go to a funeral. The next morning another front desk person helped make us Starbucks coffee (way before opening time), and she did it with a WELCOME SMILE! Our family enjoyed sitting around the fire pit area in the evening to visit with each other and eat pizza. Our stay was a "highlight'" Thank you!
