Best Western Inn at Palm Springs

Location, breakfast, clean,quite

No response over 2 days to our concern the phone did not work

Peaceful, friendly staff, comfy and clean room...good value and great patio breakfast included!

Not a biggie, but for a double room with 2 beds we felt it should have more than one tiny bottle of shampoo n conditioner . . My daughter was already in the shower when she realized there wasn't any for her ..i couldn't find the maids as it was mid day so had to go to lobby and wait in a line of people 😫 ..but i would still stay here again ..i loved it ! Thank u

This location was just right nice and quiet and very beautiful view of the mountains. Really enjoyed our stay

Well I believe the pool area furniture was just a little run down 🥺 I sat in a lawn chair that had a hole in the fabric. Upgrading the pool furniture would be fantastic. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. 👍

The main draw was that they allow cats and have a 24 hr pool.It's got snacks for sale at the front desk and a laundry room,but bring change.The breakfast juice is great and they had coffee but I don't eat eggs or meat so sandwiches and sugary granola weren't eaten.

I didn't like the breakfast food items but realize it was modified due to covid.I would've liked bagels and cream cheese.I wished they sold ibuprofen at the front desk as I had to call Uber at 3a and pay $15 for delivery.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs, but far away enough to be quiet. It's great value for the money.

The staff was courteous from the moment I stepped onto the property to the time I checked out. My family and I were able to check in early without a problem. The location of the room was what was requested. When something needed to be fixed, maintenance arrived promptly and took care of it immediately. Those things were much appreciated as we came off a long drive and had a specific schedule to adhere to in terms of reservations at the Aerial Tramway. And to our surprise, it was within walking distance to the Moorten Botanical Garden!

I was a bit disappointed that the whirlpool in the hot tub wasn’t functioning but the kids had a grand time in the spacious pool. And that we didn’t get to have hot eggs and bacon on Monday morning like we did on the weekend. But in this time of Covid, we were grateful to even have anything hot for breakfast. So we thank the hotel for that! Other than those two MINOR things, the property was nice and our stay was pleasant!

Daily room cleaning was spotty. Shower and lamp broke during our stay.

Well maintained OLDER facility. Friendly and courteous housekeeping & desk staff Nice room, quiet & nice view of mountains Great breakfast poolside.

No luggage transport trolleys. Had to carry / schlep luggage to 2nd floor room with elevator usage. Really need trolleys for senior citizens & disabled.

The pool opened 24 hrs.Amenities in the room like microwave,refrigerator

The room had a strong humidity smell,mildew .I had to spray it myself .Hallway to the room had a carpet that looked like was in remodeling.Pressure to the toilet had to flush twice

Like how everything was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly 

Wishing the pool area had some kind of shade. The water was very warm not that very refreshing as I have hope.
