there's nothing that I didn't like about there the service or facility and the prices on the deposits plus the prices online are great.

I love the way there and their facilities are made up and very clean comforting I love the way that customer service friendly and very patient and understanding of other people than what situations they might be going through so which makes it more homily feeling and and really trustworthy I like that they're they're sweet people it is very patient very nice and honest facilities immaculately beautiful and they have breakfast which is a plus.

The comfy bed, cozy and quiet rooms, the cleanliness, staying there made me feel like I was special. Great location. Staff respects your primacy.

I left some clothing in my room on the top shelf in the closer and left a message with staff when I noticed u left it behind, and they were supposed to call me back to arrange how to get my belongings back but never received a call

I always pack my own breakfast(s) - usually Kashi organic shredded wheat cereal - but I appreciated the hotel’s option. The hotel was well maintained inside and out, the laundry room smallish but very clean..and one of the best values in town...the staff friendly and fast to respond to any request.

The one significant area is the the tv system as a whole. Smaller screen than is the norm, and a bizarre programming system that was locked three hours ahead of real time. So, if a person wanted to view programming for 5:00 the display would offer listing for 8:00pm...with no way to change the time program. I quickly gave up and reverted to my iPad.

I like the fact that they did have a kitchen and the room was cozy. I liked that the room could be made very dark which was good for sleeping. Other than that the location was great kinda secluded like your own little paradise but not far from the things like the mall, food, and sight seeing.

I look for the little thing in cleanliness and found a hair on the floor in the closet. And the dishes in the dishwasher weren't clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor and above us someone was walking very hard on the floor for hours.

I only wish they’d have cleaning available more often. I understand with Covid and all, it’s only by request. I just prefer my room @ & especially restroom be cleaned daily. especially when I’m traveling with my entire family

The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfy and variety of breakfast every morning also that you had to have a key card to get into the front doors.

That they did not have a hot tub.

Everything. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and nice decor. The kitchen is wonderful when you are away from home.

I love homewood suites! There is not one thing I didn't like. The staff is wonderful especially Brianna and the GM. The name must be because it feels like home-cozy and comfortable!

T.v should be bigger no extra blanket left in room for sofa bed needed extra towels breakfast should stay out longet. Mable was not helpful

Room cleaning service had to be scheduled 24 hours in advance. In another case, no cleaning service was provided.

Clean, very bright rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely place.

The pool is FREEZING! No hot tub.
