Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

This hotel is very nice and quiet. The rooms are beautiful. It feels like you're in your own apartment. Very comfortable cozy and peaceful the most comfortable bed I ever had in my life. I would recommend I stay here to anyone who likes peace and quiet when traveling

The only thing I did not like was some of the housekeeping services. Sometimes my room would get skipped but they always did make up for it if the maids got off work early the manager would help me with anything I needed.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. And I really appreciated that the room did not smell like smoke, there had been many times where I went to other hotels and had to actually leave the hotel because every room they put me in smelled like either marijuana or cigarette smoke. It was small children it’s not an option to stay in a room that smells like smoke. So it wasSuch a relief to enter the room and it smelled fresh and clean.

That the spa (hot tube) was not open.

Breakfast had good variety, and there was a dining room. I liked the kindness, rapid responses and solutions to any questions I had. Staff is very kind, attentive and treat you like family! Added another night to my stay and when checking out, they asked if I wanted yet another night; they gave me priority over new guests to claim my extra night!! I checked out, but that is an example of how they go out of their way to be thoughtful and ensure a wonderful and flexible stay! It isn't just a business or work for these owners. Such lovely people!

The people on top were a bit noisy later at night but they quieted down eventually, wasn't constant, used the fan on A/C for white noise. The shower head had low pressure, but those things really weren't a big deal. The good things outweighed the bad!

My son and I like to use night lights so rooms aren’t so dark because we use lights at night where we live. However hotels don’t typically have night lights so we usually have to get creative because I can never remember to bring any. But what I loved about this hotel was the dimmer lights. Dimmed it really low so it was barely on and not bright in our face but still enough so we could see. It was exactly what we needed and worked out great for us. Thank you.

It’s a nice hotel and very friendly staff. Which is nice because a lot of places out in big cities aren’t usually so friendly so it was pleasant to be with other friendly people. But a number of small repairs or patch jobs needed to be done. Other than that I can’t say anything else except good positive staff and a nice place to crash for the night when away from the house.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was nicely designed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room doors have a neat feature where if the door doesn't close all the way, it sounds an alarm.

Although the rooms were renovated, the appliances were old; my refrigerator started leaking water all over. Also, my shower knobs were broken but I was still able to shower.

I love the location and the cleanliness of the whole property

one thing I dislike was that I asked the housekeeper to kindly give me clean towels as I do did not want it my room to be clean she was answer me in a rude way. I decide it to ignore it as I was having a good stay and did not wanted to ruin my stay. I feel that if you treat people with respect you should be treated the same way. Honestly I didn’t complain to the hotel as I chose to ignore her behavior.

Clean room, easy access to Concord Pavillion. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again. Jacuzzi tub in room was a bonus. Quiet.

After I prepaid I still have to give $100 deposit when I check in. Wish I was told about this when room was booked. The hot tub was locked so I didn't get to use it. That was bas.

I don’t like the $100 deposits especially put on a card It takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to make it back to your account and if you Travel like I do it’s real easy to have several $100s of dollars out of pocket , that you have to track & Hope makes it back etc you have the card already for any incidentals including damages plus I’m a choice hotels , Wyndham , Country Inn & Suites etc etc so not like I’m not reachable

The location was nice and had several quick places to grab a bite. I liked the place with only 1 complaint about the furniture which I kept to myself. I loved the big spacious bathtub/shower, I was extremely comfortable.

There was an old dirty lounge chair in the room and only 1 regular chair for the eating table. The lounge chair had what looked like urine stains on it so definitely did not sit on it. No ironing board for the iron.

Front desk personnel. The bed. Ambiance in the room was nice.

Some of the furniture was chipped. A drawer handle was broken in my room. Hallway tiles were dirty. Not enough towels, although I know I could have asked for more. By the way, put full rolls of toilet paper on the role instead of partial ones. This is not good.
