As always, they are extremely accommodating. The customer service at this location is unmatched. I had stayed rhe weekend and left early for work on Monday morning, not realized I left behind my favorite blanket... I didn't realize until a few hours had gone by. I called the hotel and within 15 minutes they had found my blanket and had it folded put to the side by time I was off of work. Thank you again !!! One more thing, the bed that we had was the most comfortable bed my boyfriend and I have ever laid on. 10/10

My boyfriend and I booked just a single night at first so we could get some QT in, and we ended up staying a total of 3 nights, it was very comfortable and close to alot of good food spots, I suggest the "New York pizza and pasta" restaurant.. VERY GOOD The customer service of the husband and wife team is phenomenal. They are very accommodating as well as just overall good people.

Price was same as what was quoted when making the reservations.
We were told that there would be room service and clean towels every other day. Never happened. Seems to be a Northern Cal. thing, I have never have had that happen in other parts of the country but twice in two different motels in NorCal. THERE IS NOT BREAKFAST!!! Even though they advertise it. Walk about 50 feet and go to the posh bagel, it is great!

Check in and adding an extra night were very good. The rooms are clean and the shower/bath seemed newly updated. Towels and washcloths very good condition. Linens were good. Room was very quiet. No street noise at all.
The bed could be replaced. It is very soft and not comfortable. One night probably ok, but for 3 nights not real good.

Located where we needed to be. We were there for my father’s funeral and it was nice to be able to stay in a quiet and comfortable place that was affordable and safe. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I think the price was too much for the service offered. It was closer to the time of COVID, so you have to ask for towels as cleaning of rooms was once a week.

Clean. Nice responsible front desk folks who came and stepped up to our handicap needs.
Our Manager and Everyone was fabulous. It is what it is! Staying on a budget has NEVER been better. They were just great folks. Kindly let us know of the Covid restrictions and we honored the rules.

I was given a free upgrade from a queen to a king room. Convenient to my business purpose and other local businesses. Excellent value.
The interior needs updating. The closet was in a weird spot next to the bed and nightstand was blocking it. Needs USB charging ports.
