As soon as I walked into the room it was fresh and clean smelling the bed was comfortable the whole ambience was very delightful the walk in shower was great hot water came immediately didn't have to wait the ice machine was very convenient in front of my room #107 and working the night clerk was very helpful I requested extra towels and he brought them to the room

I did find it annoying that late in the evening from midnight till about 2:00am in the morning because my room 107 was in front of the stairs I could hear conversations and people making a lot of noise going up and down the stairs getting in their cars talking on their cell phone it was extremely annoying and made it difficult to go back to my sound sleep in my comfy cozy bed

This place was in a nice quiet area and very clean. Beds were comfy as well. I would stay here again.

So I couldn't get the A/C to stay on, it kept shutting off and I like the sound of fan noise to sleep to. Also maybe let other guest know they need to be quiet after 10pm. They kept waking me up. Only thing I didnt like about the shower was there wasnt a shelf to put my shampoo and conditioner on but still a great shower.

We liked that the property is in the process of being updated. Also, rooms clean (with the exception of the carpeting, which we expect is will be happening when all of the remodeling is finished. We also appreciated the clean pool and pool area, and that there was “Coffee in the Lobby”.

It would have so nice if the staff could have accommodated our request to unlock the pool area at 8:30 (it officially is “open” at 9. Also, having an area where one could enjoy coffee outside would have been nice.

Even during remodeling it was nice and quiet... And it's right across from a bar, what's not to like !! All in all it was pretty good, i did manage to get a good night's sleep..i was kidding about the bar thing..a little humor in the morning is a great way to start your morning..

Lack of seating, it would nice to have a comfortable chair to relax in.. The mattress seemed to soft, old maybe..i think $150.00 was a little much for that room on a weeknight..

The price was very low overall, especially for New Years Eve night, and most importantly this hotel allows pets. We have a large dog and it’s hard to find a place that will let us bring him. The staff were great, very helpful and pleasant at every interaction. All amenities were stocked fully. Larger mini fridge and microwave in the room, which was a plus.

We knew that, based on the daily rates, we were going to get what we paid for. There was an empty beverage container left behind by previous guests, though it was up high and hard to see up on the tv hutch. There was a sticky spot on the small table, but our food bag could have caused that. The tack strip was exposed just below fraying carpet at the bathroom door flooring transition- not fun to step on with just socks. The soap dispenser in the shower was a bit utilitarian, and soap smelled weird. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked.

The second night i got a beautifully remodeled unit and if you stay here you will absolutely love your stay. No microwave unfortunately in remodeled unit as for the older unit did have a microwave. Nice big fridge and big tv. Definitely worth checking out for the price.

All units are getting remodeled and i didnt get to stay in one until the next night when i came back after deciding to stay here the rest of the week.

Given that hotel rates are exorbitant these days, this was an excellent value......the room was clean and a lot more modern than I expected.

Not much; maybe a lot more landscaping (flowers, shrubs) in the parking lot, although there's already a huge mature tree very close by.

bathrooms were very nice and modern

overall i have no issues with the property itself BUT i will most definitely not come here ever again. not because of the property itself but the streets that take you to this city are just horrible !!

Ramona Valley Inn has FREE WiFI... The room was large. The bed had 'various' pillows (soft, medium, hard) and I personally like soft fluffy pillows. The bedding was very comfortable. I used The AC during the day and the heater during the night. I needed the office to 'reflash' the keycard, and the clerk did it quickly and kindly. I really enjoy the office staff at this hotel.

I booked the room for two nights. (downstairs had been selected,as preferred,if available). I received an upstairs room. On the 2nd night, the keycard didn't open my door. I put on my mask and left my bag in front of the room door(it was heavy, and I was tired). I rushed too the office. It was handled without any hassles. The clerk swiftly took the card, flashed it , and handed it back with a smile and apology... It was great customer service. Her quick response didn't give ME any reasons too continue, any of MY feelings for, being further agitated. I appreciate it wasn't hard too remedy. It would've only been improved by the key card (not malfunctioning)& (opening the door properly) on both days.

property was fine I called right after I left. I had forgotten an expensive ice pack ($55) and they said they would send it to me. they NEVER did. cost me $$$ to replace. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have stayed there multiple times for over20 years
