Redondo Beach Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had a very nice room close to the elevator, that made it quick and easy for us.

We had stayed here a couple of times before COVID and enjoyed the complimentary Wine and canapes between 5-7pm. However this time the Happy Hour was between 3-4pm from memory, simply the totally wrong time of day for probably 90% of the guests staying at the Hotel. I would have thought that the 5-7pm time is perfect for everyone and guests could also mingle and share their trips etc together, making this Hotel a really great place to be.

The staff was more than willing to help me book extra nights and give me the best rates possible . They made it hard for me to ever want to stay anywhere else. i would stay here again for sure . its a stones throw from the beach , and they have rental bikes to make it super easy to get around .

There wasn't much i didn't like except for the cost of the stay , there should be complimentary washer and dryers . you have to put in quarters and they often don't have change.

we like the location, the amenities, the Starbucks/Bar/Kitchen. Good food options, friendly staff. our room was comfortable and well appointed! We really appreciate the small fridge and microwave. We love the fitness center’s functional trainer!

Wish there were a make-up swing-out wall mirror and better lighting in the bathroom. Would like to have the microwave higher than floor level. Would prefer a Kuerig to the current coffee maker in the room.

The location is great and the room was comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool, staff were helpful. The bike hire was handy and we enjoyed a fantastic bike ride along the beach.

We had booked a marina view room, but there were none available on the day of our arrival, which was disappointing. The hotel staff were apologetic and adjusted the cost of our room.

You had refrigerator, and microwave. Location great. Used q-tip holder for toothpaste and toothbrush. I'm a local if you give discount or coupons let me now, when family comes in from out of state a possibility. I travel now that I've retired. Thanks.

I walk with cane attempted to get closer, help didn't even pretend to look told me everything booked up. As I walked by they were cleaning out room, there were no people hanging around lobby waiting. Oh didnt get any bottled water. Also need English speaking help, thank goodness I understand and speak a little Spanish.

The location is very nice and the rooms were comfortable. The biggest bonus is that Quality Seafood is within walking distance and they have the best Clam Chowder I have ever had. There is also a Gluten Free bakery called Kirari West that is also within walking distance where you can pick up any GF goodies.

We tried to link our netflix to the TV, but the system they use stopped providing support and the guest services were not able to help get it connected. IF you do not plan on using the TV for streaming services, then you should be fine. :-)

Loved the location and the beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean property!

Staff could have been a little more accommodating when they did not have our Marina View room available. They didn’t apologize or try to offer anything for our inconvenience. It wasn’t until the next morning when I spoke to a different staff member that they apologized and offered to accommodate us with something.

My wife and children are super sensitive to dust/scents, so we know right away when a hotel is dirty (We left a Hollywood hotel to come here for that reason). This hotel was spotless! Super clean and comfy. It is walking distance to the pier and shops. We definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back.
