Location, easy check in, staff attention to detail, clean, relaxing, spacious rooms, comfortable lay out and easy parking.

I realize were post pandemic. More hot food options would be great. Although the oatmeal bar, scrambled quiche, cereals and yogurts were really good. The tea and coffee bar was appreciated!! I guess I was looking for bacon and potatoes and toast. =) They did have waffles and muffins. It was a nice breakfast overall.

The property is lovely

I paid way too much. I swear I asked for two rooms for 3 nights. Instead I got one room and was charged about $260 a night. That is outrageous and it would have been fine for 2 rooms. What the heck?

Location was great. Property was quiet and safe. Room was just as advertised on website. Very clean and updated. Comfortable bed and a sofa bed was also available. From either the sofa or bed you could see the swivel TV. Kitchen had a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Very well designed for comfort.

Improvements would be fruit, yogurt, muffins etc be set out for those that leave earlier than 7:00 am. Covered parking and parking slots would be helpful. More staff. The front desk employee was making coffee and other preparations. I checked out at 5:45 am...left my key on the counter as no one was available.

Breakfast, and the size of the room.

I didnt like my card being charged $265.69 over the booking amount. The room was not damaged in any way and i did not incur any additional charges. I need that money back please. My tv volume didnt work, the bed tilted as if broke on one side and horribly made when i first walked in, plus i did not ask for a handicapped room but thats what i got. And no offer of maid service during my stay. Could not get any help taking my bags to the car. Guess they dont have a Concierge.

Small pool, bathroom in room smelled bad upon our arrival, plastic/styrofoam plates/utensils at breakfast (not environmentally friendly)

We loved having a couch to sit on. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The shower was amazing! Wish we had water pressure like that at home. It was very hot outside, but our room was nice and cool. A lot to choose from on tv.

The breakfast wasnt very good. We couldnt serve ourselves. We got bacon, eggs and toast. The toast was okay. The coffee was horrible!

Nicest placed we've stayed in small towns. Very comfortable and clean. We had big room with sofa and two kings and it was great to have a separate place to sit and talk and to eat some snacks in the evening. And bedroom has ceiling lights that is very nice and gives lots of light. Beds were very comfortable.

One morning baby's cry woke us. I think during high season rooms could be noisy. But maybe we were just unlucky with neighbors.

The cleanliness and staff were awesome!

Wish that they accommodated a later check out time. We had a baseball tournament which had a 6hr gap and in the heat we wanted to come back and nap and relax. The company should recognize large events and see if their staff can alter their shifts to be able to clean the rooms later.

Everything, above and beyond. Staff, cleanliness, pool/spa, location and best continental breakfast I have seen!!

hotel still looks new! nice facility and very clean. staff were very friendly and nice. excellent breakfast, many choices and very clean.

A/C worked great but a little loud.
