Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - Arden Way

The woman who helped me the first night of my stay, Bam, was absolutely wonderful! She assisted me with a small issue when I was first checking in and was so nice and down to earth. You could tell she wasn't just faking the typical "happy office worker" persona. She actually cares and makes the extra effort! I ended up seeing her a few more times throughout that first night and Everytime she was pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her. When I came down for breakfast that first day I was lucky enough to catch her as she was ending her shift and was able to wish her a great rest of the day. After she left I was speaking with the woman who was just starting her shift and found out that she was Bam's mother! I told her she had a wonderful daughter who really made a great first impression and set the tone for our stay. It was my first time staying there and between the exceptional service of these two women and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel itself really made for a wonderful stay! Will definitely return especially as long as these two fantastic employees are there!!

We were able to check in an hour early which was nice and helpful for us. The room was clean and the availability to store food items and etc.

The room smelt like smoke when we asked for a non-smoking room but we were able to air out the room.

Everything was great

what did not like was that the people above me , it sounded like they were stomping their feet when they were walking . It seemed like they were walking back and forth , it was like they were pacing . from that I had gotten a really bad headache

I stayed on 3/2 into the next day and the woman who checked me in was perfect with the balance of professionalism and friendliness. I reserved the room online and she told me once I got there she placed me into a room on the first floor for ease for my service dog and called one I was in the room to see if I needed dishes then again when they were ready for me. I have been traveling across the country and stuck in California for over 2 months now and have stayed at way too many hotels, and she, by far, is one of the best!!

I would definately return. The factor that made my stay amazing was the staff. They were always kind and catered to my needs. I have the memory of an amnesia patient and constantly forget/loose/demagnatize my room key, however i was never given an attitude once. Mercedes was always friendly and warm and frankly i could tell she wasn't faking it. i believe the manager was named Mike and he was friendly and proffesional as well. But Mercedes was the highlight of my overall visit. I would choose this hotel over any other off top because of how pleasant she was to deal with. Thanks again!

Maids were rude and unfriendly. I was denied the use of a broom as well a fresh towels. A whole week and no fresh towels. Good thing I had some from home. My room smelled unfresh and could have been a tad bit cleaner, but was acceptable enough.

I like that facted that they have smoking rooms it feels good to not have to go to Reno just to relax in a smoking room thank you for having me.

The only thing the room lights on the ceiling and by the table wasn't working other than that it was good

Room was clean and well kept. Only problem is really the location. Kind of a shady area. Overall great price, great service, and cleanliness were the highlights.

Close to freeway Included continental breakfast Kitchen was nice size

Didn't feel safe. Had to go to front desk at night to get toilet paper (that should have been in the room) because they would not bring it. Furniture was sticky

Fatima, Tina , Mike, and Tina are all awesome!!! The staff is pleasant and helpful and accommodating,

I liked it because staff was nice no roaches and no burn marks in the blankets and the a/c worked and no trash everywhere it was nice i will come back.

Not enough pillows and no trash can in room area.
