the rooms were clean. the heating and cooling system worked great. the staff was friendly. . It was cheap and affordable. but while the price in the booking was cheap, the price on the spot was almost twice as expensive. they asked for a deposit of 100 dollars and returned it in 3-5 days. I would advise you to take photos to prove that you did not steal anything when leaving the hotel. Thanks for everything.

Neighbors watched TV loudly until morning and did not let me sleep. take shampoo with you when you leave because there was no shampoo in the bathroom. thanks for everything.

Richard was by far the best manager said that's a great manager roxette is a sweet front desk girl also Darlene I really enjoy their kindness and they make me feel like I'm at home I really can't wait to stay there again

There wasn't anything I really didn't like maybe besides the floors being a little bit cleaner that would have been nice but it wasn't that dirty so it was actually pretty clean overall

It’s location is perfect for our event. Having restaurants within walking distance of the hotel is a big plus. Front desk staffs, Serena and Star, were also very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

The beds were not as comfortable as I want them to be and the room is a bit small, but for the price I paid, I’d say it’s okay.

Everything was good. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Homeless population nearby but good security keeps them away from Studio 6 property & clients. Great rooms, especially like the roomy bathtub/shower, but not the slow drain.

Very, very slow bathtub drain, especially at checkout time. Wastes a lot of time waiting for tub to drain.

My room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. I suffer from shoulder and hip pain when i sleep. The beds were so comfy , I couldn’t believe it. I regret not asking front desk , what kind of mattress it was & where to get one for myself.

Arming spaces are a lil to narrow and could potentially cause damage to the cars next to each other.

Everything was a mess when I went there the booking was extensive it just seemed like a very tedious long process that I feel should have been super simple especially since I booked online and your clerk staff is very unfriendly. I called the front desk took forever to answer then we extremely unhelpful like they didn't want me to come get linenshen I asked their name they hung up in my face over the phone when I was merely looking for towels...

From the moment we got the room key everything went great! The check in clerk was great and kind and gave us perfect directions to the room. The room was immaculately clean throughout, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen in a hotel room before. The best part was the bed mattresses— I was so well rested by the morning that I considered extending my stay in Sacramento, but alas I could not. Finally the pricing was amazing, I expected a much different experience for what I paid for the room. Won’t hesitate to look these guys up the next time I need a quick getaway

No really big negatives. It looks like they may be doing some room renovations which means extra equipment and trash bins in the parking lot (not really something that can be helped, everything is placed to one spot at the corner of the lot). Consequently, I think that also affected their parking situation but in the end we had a parking spot right in front of our room and all of my stuff was safe in the car overnight

I loved every single thing but the most favorite thing about are stay is the breakfast cook she was amazingly friendly and very people oriented with lots of people skills. Seems like she could read all that came in for breakfast. Definitely put smiles on those who seamed to be a little on edge

The only thing I didn't really care for no parking availability for disabled people. And that the pool wasn't very clean walls for pool felt slimy other than that we had great time and the best thing was that the breakfast cook was awesome and amazing we need more people like her

everyone was friendly and worked with whatever i needed. communication was great.

i didn’t dislike anything. that’s why i came back.

The Staff is wonderful, when I come down in the morning im greeted with a nice smile and good morning, even call me by name now! The evening staff are always helpful too if I have any questions, The rooms are very clean, is so fresh when you walk in, lots of storage and even have usb charging in the wall, just incase you happen to forget or not have a wall plug, now thats thinking about every little thing for the customer. Thank you 😊
