The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our big family. The rooms were very roomy and clean. I was a bit disappointed that there was no microwave. With large families, we tend to use a microwave a lot.

My only real complaint was the parking situation. It would have been nice if the hotel and the parking garage, a block away, would have worked together and give hotel guest some type of discount, especially if the stay was more than one day. Each day we were there for a wedding, we were charged $30.00 per day. Other than that, I would stay there again!

The location was very good for what we needed. The building itself was beautiful and unique. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We had some problems with internet connection and the lights in the room, but nothing too major. They were mostly minor inconveniences and did not really affect our stay. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel is very impressive and the suites are large. Truly a beautiful hotel.

Though an added feature for guests is to have a jacuzzi tub/shower, for some of us...it is very difficult to get in and out of. I also found no "hot water" to shower, and my guess is that some of the guests in the other suites probably used all the hot water filling their giant jacuzzi. Needless to say, it made for an uncomfortable experience with a cold water shower.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly..hotel is great for a period facility..totally enjoyed our stay..WIFI is good in lobby but weak elsewhere..if you travel by motorcycle to the hotel like we did..forget trying to park at the suggested parking facility..motorcycles are forbidden..street parking for free is available for motorcycles on 13th and H street..

The rooms were as I expected and wanted. A historic setting with the proper furniture. The staff was friendly. I was able to walk to my event along with other places in a short period.

The snack area could have some more options for possible breakfast. Had some fruit and food bars with muffins. Could use two coffee machines so more than one person can get coffee at a time.

Property was beautiful, and very clean.

In my bathroom, the window to the street was essentially floor to ceiling right next to the toilet. the glass was both stained and textured so you could not really see through the window either way. But it gave me a perception of a lack of privacy, and there seemed to be no way to cover the window. When I was in the most vulnerable bathroom position, I did so with the light off.

Really nice to stay in ostensibly what felt like a bed and breakfast, minus the breakfast

The internet was at best on and off and was not a business level of use, so I was left having to work in my car on a mobile hotlink. The older building did conflict with my mobile service as well, but I am aware of that in older buildings. It is such a small place, they should invest in ethernet in all the rooms.

The hotel was beautiful. Great location! Lots of natural light, very large bathroom. Fridge in room and coffee. Bed was very comfortable.

The "snacks" they offered were sparse. Could've just been because no one is at the front desk over night and we went down before the morning staff arrived.

Small good location in residential area, close walking distance to excellent restaurants and attractions

No sign on door to indicate room was available for cleaning.

Very nice and clean , great value! Our room had a spa tub, which was a great surprise !
