Clean quiet near to downtown .

I called twice to verify that I could pay The $100 deposit in cash and get it back in the morning and the two people assured me that I could . The second one I spoke with an hour before arrival stated that he would tell the desk folks it was ok . They refused to accept if and as the room was paid for and not refundable I was forced to put the deposit on a card . I was told it would be released immediately when I checked out. 12 hours later i don’t have it. I know that it is possible as Hilton has the money back in my bank within minutes of checking out . Sometimes less than a minute. It was a huge inconvenience to not get my money as promised . Also they are La Quinta

Even though the hotel was transitioning, renovating the property, and my visit happened during the devastating storms, hotel management and staff adapted, making my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed with maintenance who quickly responded to a minor room issue, the friendly kitchen staff who provided a surprisingly wonderful breakfast, and the helpful front desk who even offered to make an adjustment in my billing.🙂

Overall, I was very satisfied with the property, and the updating of the facilities

I liked Judy the nite clerk- she is awesome and works very hard. All by herself she handles alot of check in helps the customers and never once got angry.

In one of our rooms, the shower curtain was missing- and the shower head turned upside down, like it was broken. The restrooms were filthy - the shower wall was so grimy and slimey. One bed had 1 pillow and a light blanket with no duvet. I was shocked because we stayed there all the time.. The pool gate is broken. 2 kids off the street were swimming and washing their clothes. Chatting to everyone - asking if they smoked weed.

It was very spacious in our room for our family of 6! The rooms were clean and we loved that the AC was on when we went inside! Also the bathrooms were very nice and clean! We loved the view of the river from the rooms it was so beautiful and relaxing!

So the only things that we weren’t too happy about were that two of the controls for the tvs didn’t work so we had to share one remote for both rooms and the living room. Also the breakfast wasn’t the greatest either but these aren’t exactly deal breakers!

3 of us stayed here for a concert at Safe Credit Union Performing Arts Center. It was a quick 7 minute, $8 Uber ride. Our room was actually a suite - living area with 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king and 1 with 2 doubles. Also 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. A great value at just over $200. Would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was kind if sketchy. It makes awful groaning noises and we actually took the stairs once because we thought that it might malfunction. I need to report it.

Everything. Pillows a little flat but not a prob as we requested 2 more. Very clean. I would recommend bring your own shampoo and conditioner or at least your conditioner because shampoo is provided but if your hair tangles easily..you know! Are not great. .homeless around the inn. Diff to sleep 1st night due to loud guests but by 2nd night to tired not too fall asleep.

the room was nice. The bed was comfy. It was fairly quiet.

For some reason we got a room with a handicap bathroom. The tile floor didn’t drain properly so the middle of the floor always had a wet spot in the middle. The fridge froze everything. The pergo floors weren’t that clean. Homeless population at the river behind the property. I was glad they had a security guard. Construction guys we’re working right next to our room outside.

Great location. Easy access on and off freeway. Also easy surface street access to downtown. One of the better hotel breakfast spreads with cook your own waffles, eggs and sausage, plus everything else one would expect.

No coffee maker in room. Had to ask for a trash can. homeless nearby and a big hole in the barrier fence near our parked car. very spread out. I drove to breakfast because of the long walk.

I traveled from Tucson to Seattle and had to stay in multiple motels and this La Quinta was the cleanest one I have stayed at. Many of the places had a sort of toxic smell from chemicals used to clean or the perfumed detergent used on the towels and sheet and this place had no bad smells! Really was nice after being in some really toxic smelling motel rooms.

The staff actually cared for the people there and they were very compassionate about their feelings. Running hotels can be a lot of work and they made it look easy . The manager was easy to speak with and quite intelligent. A real problem solver.👍

I had to stay at a hotel because of housing paperwork while I waited for the approval being out of town. But since I did, just glad it was this one.
