Hyatt Centric Sacramento Downtown

location and esthetic. nice bar. would’ve been better if they didn’t have an incidental and had fans everywhere blowing 24/7. but accidents happen.

parking, no place to hang toiletry bags in bathroom, no mirror by window desk area, nobody came to clean the room or offer fresh towels. 2 small paper coffee cups for a 2 night stay with 2 people didn’t work. only 2 k cups as well.

Loved this hotel! The interior decorating was beautiful with unique artwork. Staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Though pricey, the Food was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and the bed was extra comfortable. Loved the free breakfast!

I only have two complaints. Number one would be the barn door on the bathroom. Barn doors don't offer the privacy necessary for a bathroom. Pillows were a bit too hard.

The parking situation. The self-parking garage was not available for use so had to use Valet parking. I thought the cost was very high for a “city” view (not a good view and loud cars and shouting) throughout the night.

The location was great. Clean and safe and lots to walk to. The beds were super comfy. It was very quiet. The staff were friendly. The bar served good drinks. The shower felt great.

Our room had a sliding barn door for the bathroom. It kept slowly sliding open so there was zero privacy. It needs to be leveled at the very least. There's also a large gap around the bathroom door so you can see in and out and hear everything, and it had no lock.

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was perfect for the concert And Starbucks. Loved the bed.

Missed the hotel, no name of the hotel on the building and entrance is set back and hidden. Missed the valet parking which was almost nonexistent only two places to park. Ridiculous double parking for valet. Shower wasn’t completely cleaned.

Breakfast was not actually included even though indicated on booking.com. The location is well situated for the California International Marathon.

Parking is tough, especially if there is an event going on (most weekends?). The light rail train goes by in front so be prepared to hear that. There are too many bright LEDs and motion lights in the room so bring an eye mask (this was the most annoying part). Housekeeping didn’t come during our 3 night stay but wasn’t a big deal.

Rude staff member at rooftop bar. yelled at my friend for ordering at the bar and generally unpleasant. she felt unwelcome. also the street noise was a lot. light rail alert bell and trash collection kept us awake. bring earplugs.

With my reservation it was so fast to check in, literally 7min or less I was already heading up towards my 9th floor room. Sense I was accompanied by my 3 year old we decided to order room service from The 7th street Standard and let me tell you that place was so freaking good! Thank you

Great restaurant attached, room was really nice, beds were super comfy and the bathroom was A+. Loved having a Chromecast on the TV so that I could cast Netflix and Spotify. Staff were great.

Automated bed lights were too sensitive and woke us up a few times. A little pricey.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and great location for walking around downtown Sacramento.

Didn’t know we were getting the room by the elevator. Pretty noisy and no view, just an adjacent building’s wall outside our window. Other than that, it was great.
