Courtyard San Diego Airport/Liberty Station

Great location -15 min drive to popular tourist locstons. with a great pool and hot tub. Room was spacious and clean.

The big downside was the water and water pressure. Absolutely terrible so my hair felt just awful . Took forever to get hot and then the shower pressure was almost non existent. To be honest it’s a big factor that I would not stay again and sadly because I loved everything else

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? When my family pictured of going to beautiful San Diego, a place we had never been to before, this is the kind of hotel we pictured a vacationing family from out of state would stay in. The hotel lobby is large and spacious. The staff were outstanding- beyond nice. Took care of every little request we had. Gave us great recommendations on where to go, where to eat. The room was beautiful. It was perfect for our little family of 5. Room was spacious. Beds were beyond comfortable. And the patio/deck is stunning. Our rooms overlooked the pool area and you could see all the city, harbors, airport, etc.... The deck was surprisingly spacious. We were able to leave our stroller for our infant out there overnight, large table with two comfortable chairs. Our TV had personalized names on the screen when we walked in (not used to that type of luxury in a way lol). The pool was heated and large. The jacuzzi was large and spacious and working perfectly. There's a walk trail right behind the hotel that leads to beautiful views of Liberty Square. A large pond, lake was also behind our hotel with a business right on the "beach" to rent out water equipment. Absolutely 100% we are staying here again when we come to San Diego. It was perfect! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it. You will love it!

Value , location if you like open quiet area where you enjoy walking and get relaxed. There some good resturant ( sushi , medeatarien , american cusine ) near by within walking distance. In addition, there is a nice big subermarket nearby. Close to a nice park. Landscape . There is nice resturant inside the hotel. I really recommed it for famillies

Breakfast bistro is poor. You need a car to go to the downtown area if you want to hangout there about 20 min by car

Heated pool and jacuzzi were nice. Also a coin laundry on the facilities was convenient to wash clothes in our extended stay. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store and a park.

There was no microwave in the room, so we had to walk down to lobby and use the communal one in the little lobby store each time we wanted to microwave some food. The parking is paid parking only. Around $20 a night I believe. There is nothing nearby that would warrant paid parking. It’s near apartments and schools. I’ve stayed at two other hotels nearby and they both had free parking available.

Breakfast was not available, short of the bistro. I would think that pre Covid you had a breakfast with room, like most. The location was great, the people at front desk were very personable. Maids , when needed, were very accommodating as well.

I had extreme difficulty booking the room on Marriott.com…I tried numerous times , but could never put in code for wedding couple for room rate( reason why we travelled to San Diego ). Between frustration, as well as needing a room, I went to booking. Com. VERY DISAPPOINTED that I could not use this stay on my Marriott points.. between trying to book online, which is truly what they want you to do….. it’s not easy, especially when there’s a code for a room rate….. I think points should be allowed …Marriott gets their money……. .

The location was great there were a lot of activities around the area. The parking lot linked up to some restaurants which was very convenient.

There was no microwave in our room, I had gone down to the front desk to request the garbage be taken out and when we came it was not. I had also booked a room with a view and ended up with a view of the neighborhood and not the bay. I was also pretty upset to learn we had to pay 19.00 a night for parking or park in the neighborhood and risk being towed.

location was great, we were only passing thru San Diego, close to airport yet being next to the renovated Naval Training Center gave us the ability to walk to some nice dining, shopping and enjoy the weather We were able to check in early, even though we asked and were told not sure, yet the staff was able to give us a room. It meant a great deal to us seeing as 1 in our group could relax comfortably after going through some medical treatment Thanks Courtyard

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was so beautiful and serene , the area around it was wonderful for walks , the pool was amazing - felt like we had it all to ourselves most times . Also adored our covered balcony overlooking the pool - sat out there in the morning with coffee and at night with a glass of wine . Parking was easy , staff was very kind.Would def recommend and stay again .

Our flight was cancelled unexpectedly & we had to stay overnight very close to the airport. This hotel is a very good choice for travelers to get to / from the airport quickly. The room was super clean & the check-in was the fastest I have ever experienced so far. It was so nice to see friendly hotel staff there as well, and I really appreciate how they managed to organize a shuttle pickup in less than 10 min. after my call - thank you for that indeed!
