Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport

The hotel is located off the highway, but rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and very pleasant. The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

We sat at the tables outside the restaurant/reception area. For some bizarre reason, our food was served in cardboard boxes rather than on plates with cutlery. Wish they had asked us if it was take-away, because it wasn't supposed to be...

We ate dinner in the Bistro. Pretty expensive for a hamburger and a quesadilla. The food was good and both of the staff were very friendly. Front desk was also friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Price and limited menu. Have eaten at other hotels in the area recently with much better menu. Extra fee for parking on top of the food and room price. The best part of our stay was that it was very close to our son and his family so easy to reach them the following morning.

I liked the chair that was in the room. It was very comfortable for sitting. I also really enjoyed the small patio. I liked the shower too and thought the water pressure and built in soap pumps were a good addition.

I thought that the air conditioner in the room was a bit too loud though and could have been quieter. It turned on really loud in the middle of the night and woke me up a couple of times. Sounded like it might need some maintenance. The seat in the shower was also unsteady and really small.

I really liked the layout of my room and the fact it opened on to a lovely courtyard. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle was much appreciated and it leaves every half hour.

There was a fair bit of noise from doors slamming but I was able to sleep with headphones + white noise :)

Last minute accommodation. Polite and friendly staff. Extremely helpful with concerns, which ended with us having none.

Can't say there was something to dislike.

The desk was super helpful seeing as Booking . com did not forward the booking confirmation, they never receivrd it at the hotel, good thing I had it on my phone so they helped us.

I found the nice clean grounds and hallways relaxing to stroll around and explore. The namesake courtyard was very nice in the late afternoon with the sun warming the outdoor seating. I had my phone supplying music and found myself relaxing in the lounge chaise. The chairs did show need of being dusted as the tree pods had dropped fuzzy stuff. The room had plenty of outlets for charging our devices. The lighting was ample and easy to control. The bathroom facilities were clean and modern with everything working as it should. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows for propping oneself up to read or view the TV. The business center was clean and properly stocked with printer and paper. Printing required travel documents was easy to do there. The stay there in San Bruno was very relaxing and pleasant. We will return to the Courtyard as our travel plans lead us to the bay area in the future.

We did not partake in breakfast due to Covid issues and limited cold, boxed offering. The parking was sparse as can be in the bay area. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise, but again due to the area.... The Starbucks pavilion is a nice touch, but very crowded and no staff after the morning. It would be nice to have someone with hotel staff be able to serve in the Starbucks "out of hours" such as the afternoon. I understand the problem with staffing and demand and such, but walking down to the lobby to find it open would generate business for Starbucks and goodwill for the hotel. Not sure union rules would allow for that overlap.

very friendly and professional staff, had a noisy neighbor my first night, I informed front desk, I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful suite! I love the location, the rooms, it’s like your home away from home! Superb atmosphere too!

The location by the airport was great with a easy to use shuttle available. The breakfast was incredible and we were very rested for our long international flight the next day.

Nothing wrong— everything was perfect!
