Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - South San Francisco

Wow. Great place to stay. Close enough it's just a short distance drive to the Giants Stadium, but far enough out there isn't all the traffic, noise, and (unfortunately) filth that the inner city brings. We felt safe with our kids and our car here. Beds, towels, linens were all clean and comfortable. The soaps were good quality. The pool is indoor and clean. Everything was clean, actually! The servers at the restraunt were so kind and attentive. Breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot food, and even a make to order food bar! For free!!!

Parking was about $40 for one night. It wasn't covered it was just a parking lot. I get it, San Francisco. . .you pay for parking. But there was no one out here besides the people that stayed at the hotel. Paying for parking was a bit ridiculous.

Location was great, about 10 minutes from the airport. We were able to walk into South San Francisco for dinner. But also the property had a restaurant if we preferred to stay in. Easy check in. The room was spacious and the front desk staff was friendly.

I had a bit of trouble with the airport shuttle. We waited more than the 30 minutes promised for the shuttle and ended up on a shuttle going to the *other* San Fran Airport Embassy Suites. Yes, user error, but maybe the signage could be better. Also, it should be a free shuttle.

Fire alarm with evac on Saturday night. There was no type of instruction or info offered by ANY staff member. During initial evacuation the automated alarms went off but after all was over there was Zero communication by hotel staff.

I was here to oversee and attend my mother’s funeral. I was born and raised in SSF. Our suite was very comfortable and roomy. Your staff was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. The food and the food prep and wait staff were excellent. Kevin the bartender at Happy Hour is a gem.

$39 a night for parking seemed high, but most likely standard.

Breakfast was alright, those cube potatoes need work, very hard once served. Staffing all around professional.

The drink Special and a discount of two drinks, I remember it being free drinks for two and you paid for Top Shelf. I was very disappointed in the change. Stop with the new, I’m an old customer of the Chain.

Breakfast was good. The new renovations are awesome. Bathroom/Shower was a great size. The pool smelled like too much chlorine inside but my family had a blast.

The pool had a really strong smell of chlorine. That's about it. Other than that, the pool was a great size. Not too deep. Just right. The hot tub was a hit as well.

it was perfect. the rooms were huge the breakfast was great the lobby was lovely the staff were excellent. i was on the better side of south San Fran as it was a short walk to the grand avenue and other eateries. Uber drivers were abundant!

the only thing was the toilet paper was scratchy & there wasn’t enough coffee for the entire stay except when requested.

This location has been recently renovated and it shows. From the lobby to the rooms everything feel new and clean. The hotel also has sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer at the elevator’s. Our room looked and smelled clean when we arrived. There was a hiccup with the Hilton app and the room we reserved but Jordan the manager took great care to fix it and make the correction. He even put us in a better room than we originally booked! We appreciate the staff we encountered during our stay. Everyone was great!

The water pressure was a little low, But with all California’s “water conservation regulations” it’s kind of to be expected.

bus shuttle from embassy hotel states free / or $ 5 they charge us $ 10 per person.. In room can't control temperature outside was very cold and cannot turn on heater.Only stop on 72 F with strong wind coming from close window .So windy window drips mowing back and forth.

Good restaurant and nice staff , breakfast is excellent. Nice family environment with a pool for the kids! Convenient to SFO . Our 8th floor room had a great view of the SF skyline. Would recommend this place.

Parking is a little bit tight. Had a hard time finding a place in the evening . They could also use more staff dedicated to Valet helping folks with their bags. Maybe a little understaffed here for the weekend.
