Free parking. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the free upgrade to 2-BR. It was very nice to have an extra bathroom. Everything was very clean. The location is great! Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bart is about a 5-minute walk. Bart to the city was about $10. We also drove to the beach in about 20 minutes.

The breakfast was confusing. I was told there was breakfast but when I went to the lobby there was only coffee. The living room furniture was kind of dated and worn out. The couch was uncomfortable but usable. There really wasn't much that we didn't like!

Room was luxurious. I am travelling alone but my 'room' was 2 full size bedrooms, each with an on-suite. I also had a fully kitted out kitchen and lounge area. Shame i was only staying one night. Free shuttle from airport was very handy as i arrived quite late at night. Only a 10 minute walk to the local BART station to get into downtown San Francisco the next day.

The breakfast offerings were fine, but you had to use paper plates and plastic cutlery. This seems a huge waste of resources given the hotel has a proper kitchen area. Why are they not using normal china and cutlery?

Really liked the area near many shops and the setting to the hotel was nice uniquely different but very easy accessible. Had everything we needed big kitchen, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator and all the utensils needed stored and nicely cleaned. Good size bathrooms and living room. The best part was the beds extremely comfortable just wanted to keep sleeping in.

A couple of people seemed to be making excessive noise upstairs all you heard was running up and down the hallways outside sounded like kids eventually it stopped by 11pm do quiet time starts at 9pm.

I booked a 2 queen bed with sofabed. They actually have a 2 bedroom with queen bed and a living area/space and fully equipped kitchen. Imagine my surprise! It was more like a 2 bedroom apartment! Having 2 bathrooms / ensuite bathrooms to the bedroom makes it exceptional! Plus the front desk staff are smiling and very welcoming. We were in US for 29 days to be exact, and stayed in 7 different hotels. This is by far the best in their category. I will highly recommend them. Will definitely stay again if we go back to US and even look for them in every place we visit in US.

They can extend the breakfast hours till 10am. We are traveling for leisure and not in the mood to wake up early just to catch breakfast. Maybe add variety and change the daily offering in the breakfast buffet. It can get tiring after 2 days of having the same breakfast. But I still love the place.

The rooms are very roomy and clean. Walking distance to the Bart station and a safe area of town. We didn’t use the pool but while walking by, we saw a family swimming and enjoying themselves.

Because of COVID, lack of staff and not much of a variety for breakfast. The coffee had a weird taste. The air conditioner/heater fan in the room was very loud.

It operates like a hotel but feels like an apartment - in your unit there’s a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, refrigerator, dishwasher, two separate bedrooms each with own bathroom; there’s also laundry facility in the premises. Free parking. You can just bring your free breakfast from the restaurant or dining hall and eat them in your room - most of the guests do it. The place is walking distance to shopping and restaurants in San Bruno. The bed linens are white and clean.

Not a fan of dark furniture and dark upholstery - other than that, nothing really.

The room was superbly spacious-almost as big as a flat.My entitre family loved it.

Booking.com did a dirty trick where they gave us the final price as $380 .In the confirmation email -in small barely noticeable text they said that 14 % tax is excluded from the final price.Please do not misguide customers as such. Again breakfast could do with more variety for the foreign traveller. No lifts -so was difficult to move our bags.

I loved our Suite and the Front desk customer service was amazing .Both Men who checked us in and out were very kind and did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable about the property and the different restaurants around the hotels.

Breakfast had closed down early and a couple of the ladies who were closing it down weren't friendly at all. They were a bit rude and that made our experience not pleasant.

We liked the room we stayed in. It was very comfortable for the whole group. And we were near a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The continental breakfast was great as well.

The only thing that could have been better is if there were an elevator to get to the top floors, I had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs when initially getting into the room with our luggage.

The apartment style 2-bedroom rooms were amazing. I brought my grandparents for a medical procedure in San Francisco and our 4 night stay was comfortable for us to recover a bit before departing home.

Being I was caring for my grandparents post-surgery I wasn’t traveling for leisure and this stayed with them at the hotel. No gym made the days a bit harder to pass. The staff experience was neutral. They were neither friendly nor rude. Rather inattentive and the snack bar lacked essentials like Q-tips as well as toothpaste. During our last night there was also quite the noise outside. People yelling at each other, cars blaring music, and personally felt uneasy at those Midnight hours.
