Great location, close to Union Square and spacious rooms. Good value for money.

Room housekeeping service is free of charge only once every 3 nights (or 4 days). Otherwise, you must pay a $135 charge on top. This is not really crystal clear when booking. The in-house restaurant “Zingari” is overhyped and overpriced. Could easily eat better Italian cuisine at cheaper prices nearby.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location near Union Square which is great for shopping. Convenient room with kitchenette. Nice lounge located on the 15th floor offering complimentary tea and coffee. Fast and complimentary WiFi.

Bathroom is very tiny (no space to move around much). No breakfast offered at hotel. Restaurant is ok, nothing exclusive. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Make sure to get high floor to avoid noise from the streets. Room inventory is already a little obsolete, especially the carpet. Valet parking is quite pricey.

A room was very spacious, there were a microwave, dishes, a small fridge. A bed was comfortable

Even there is a parking lot in the hotel, the price for guests is the same as for non guests. We understand the situation with parking in SF, but still think, that it could be discounted for guests of the hotel. The hotel borders with the begging of Tenderloin district, could be seen many homeless people on the neighbour streets.

our second stay in san fran, very nice and big room. has kitchen facilities, free access to lounge on level 15 to have free chocolate drink and coffee. wifi is strong. good walking distance to Macy. kids love the room size and bathroom.

there is no daily housekeeping and there is a charge if you request for housekeeping. we asked for towels and extra shampoo at 9am via call, but the items were not delivered to our room at 6.30pm (despite we told the staff that its ok to enter our room though we are not ard and he said ok), so we have to call the staff again. second day same thing happen again which is abit annoying. they were not proactive for the items we requested. also, no free breakfast. the price of the hotel is quite expensive which i think it is not really value for money.

The location is excellent as it is conveniently situated in close proximity to Union Square and easily accessible by various modes of transportation such as bus, tram, and metro. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

We could hear a bit of noise coming from the street (cars, people shouting) but nothing that kept us awake all night. Breakfast included would have been nice considering the price we paid for the room.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city! The room as big enough - with some views. The bed was VERY comfortable! We also enjoyed the club at the top of the building and the rooftop with free tea and coffee available all day. They also have a game room on the ground floor (which we unfortunately were not told about until we checked out!).

The hotel is globally a bit old fashioned - I expected more modern facilities and prettier lobby / reception area given the standard and the price.

Very cleaned, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was good, room was spacious.

AC was not very good (it was working but I think the thermostat was not fully functional). water pressure in the shower was not very good. the restaurant menu was not good, way overpriced and the service from our server was terrible the manager was great but I will not recommend the restaurant overprice food, small portion and not good flavors overall the restaurant was disappointed. I do recommend the hotel every thing was great there with great service.

Professional staff, convenient location, good price, good WIFI, free filtered water station.

Room facing Post street is very noisy every day till midnight, lots of ambulance driving by at night and in early morning. An ear plug is strongly advised. The carpet looked dirty and need a wash, sofa bed is noisy. Close to Tenderloin neighborhood. Deducted 1 point due to noise from Post street.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds and spacious room. Plates, cups, bowls and cutlery supplied, which was very useful.

Window didn’t seal shut, so got extra road noise. The basin plug didn’t seal do basin didn’t hold water. Two bolts were missing from sofa bed. so dipped at your feet.

the property is very central and we could walk to most places of interest. the bed is large and comfy.

we work remotely and the internet was unstable. we complained and were told that there was an issue with the internet in the area, not only at this property. we had to purchase a wifi hotspot so we could do our work and the management waived one night. overall we are pleased with the outcome.
