The stay was wonderful just couldn’t get the wifi to connect to my laptop but overall I give this place and the staff an amazing 100% on everything. Thanks for the pleasant stay but we had to head back to Las Vegas! We will return!

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and free continental breakfast. Target is close by if you need anything.
They seemed short-staffed, because requests took a lot of time to be handled and the breakfast service was late so we did not get to have anything before leaving for our scheduled adventure the second day.

People are great and helpful.. well ok one day shift guy.. tall, thin, redish hair.. and the night shift tall dark hair African American guy.. both great men great employees.
The place realy needs to focus on how clean the place is. But if you know it's not all that clean bring your own stuff and clean it before you get settled in.. thats what I do and it makes the place 100% the best

I was there for just one night with my little dog while visiting my son and family in Larkspur and chose this hotel because they would take my doggy and it was close to my son. It was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Location is good as you can enter hwy in both directions and frontage road to center San Rafael is real good.

The quiet time, for my husband and son still had online work/school to do.
Owners need to take more care of their pets. I was bit by a dog from across the hall, as I was walking to my room carrying groceries. I am a pet owner also.
