Maple Tree Inn

The lobby, dining area and room were very clean and comfortable. The interior design was very soothing and welcoming. Also, the buffet breakfast was very good and appreciated the nicely made scrambled eggs, moist and fluffy. The food choices were diverse to appeal to many folks. Easy check in and out.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was not operating properly, water took awhile to drain. A call to the front desk did not result in a maintenance staff being available to fix the problem, apparently, not until a later time. (Was just a one night stay, so was able to work around...)

My room had a decent-sized mini fridge and also a microwave, which I find helpful when on vacation. The free breakfast was very nice, including eggs, meat and even pancakes. They also had decaf coffee, which is all I drink these days. The gym had a water cooler where you could refill your bottles. The outside pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was an added bonus - both were clean! The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and explained everything.

My only wish is that the pool opened a little earlier in the day. And the elevator is a bit on the clunky side.

Room facilities are fine and there is a nice pool. The included breakfast was much better then we had seen before. A pancake machine created fresh pancakes for us.

Service at reception was a bit below expectation. We were 20 minutes too early and no room was available yet. That's a bit strange, because they can't clean all the rooms in the last 20 minutes. When we came back at exactly 15:00 there was already a waiting line to check in, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. When we finally had the keys, they were not activated for the room so we couldn't enter the room. I had to go back to the reception and had to wait again for 5 minutes, because other guests were served at that moment. It seemed that the staff was not really bothering about the waiting times.

everything was great. Breakfast was great. Eggs, Potatoes, sausage, waffles. Everything else a breakfast would have. The staff were very nice. The pool and jacuzzi were great. We weren’t far from Costco. We had a coffee maker in the room or fresh coffee all day in the lobby. Laundry room to wash our wet clothes. The only thing we had problems was with our key, but it must’ve just been our room. Other then that it was very relaxing. We even stayed an extra night just because. Definitely going back!!

Although short (just one night), it was really a wonderful stay. We arrived after a very long flight and needed a clean room and quiet night sleep. We got plenty from both, with one of the best beds we ever encountered.we asked and received a back ground-floor room facing the back yard. Very friendly staff at the desk. Breakfast was included. It was relatively simple but tasty and plentiful. Free parking right outside the room was fantastic. This was the least expensive hotel in our trip, and yer the best out of them. We will definitely come again.

The cloth cabinet was very simple and small. No hooks in the bathroom (rarely we find such, for some reason).

The room was clean, comfortable bed, well lit, decent shower and shower pressure, WiFi worked well, spacious (to be fair I was by myself), and overall it was a decent value. There were a few good restaurants to walk to as well. The complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but the coffee was good and there was a choice of an omelette although the size of it was 1.5 eggs -guess I could have asked for 3 or 4 but I didn't.

I never figured out the A/C or heat, that could have been user err. The TV wasn't easy to navigate. The rooms weren't as soundproofed as I hoped, the people next to me weren't that noisy but I could hear them until they went to bed at midnight and then again when they got up at 5 AM.

We have been here before. Still nice. I think you may have done some renovating since the last time. I liked the Asian food foe breakfast.

I was concerned about the homeless camp next to the parking lot. It made me nervous to park the rental car. I am pretty sure there is nothing you can do about it. Sad situation. Nothing happened. The rental car.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maple Tree Inn. The location is great and close to so many things. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. We liked the breakfast, it was pretty great. The highlights of our stay were the nice ladies at the breakfast room, the pool/ jacuzzi and the evenings at the beautiful courtyard. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The gym wasn’t the best but who needs to exercise on their vacation anyways?! :)

Rooms were good and clean, but not exceptional. Breakfast was also decent, but nor really delicious. Miso soup was a big plus

Stayed 3 days no room service. I kept my room clean so didn't care much about changing sheets and towels, but the trash kind of piled up. In the second day asked for someone to take the trash out they said ok but no one came.

The property was conveniently located near restaurants, highways and but not close to a busy street. Pool was great size and they provided pool towels. Clean and very comfortable beds.

Breakfast is served, Downside is that it was hard for the staff person to see who came first, second or third. It would be helpful to have more direction where the line starts. Although pets are allowed, it would be more convenient for there to be a pet area on the property with a separate trash can for dog poo.
