Cupertino Hotel

Clean, big room, friendly staff, nice amenities, quiet atmosphere. All rooms face the pool in the center court, was worried about noise but it was quiet, even when people were in the pool right outside our room it didn't sound loud. Blue lights light up the courtyard at night, looks nice. Would definitely stay again.

Only one handicap parking spot close to the entrance, I was informed there were other spots around the lot but since you can only enter the hotel thru the main entrance they are not so conveniently located, I did not drive around the lot to see for myself. There are various exits but only one entrance, I did not like that slight inconvenience but safety is important as well so give and take. Overall a very nice place to stay.

A really nice hotel. We stayed in rom 415- there was a living room with kitchenette, writing desk etc. and a tv, a really big bedroom with two king sided beds and a nice bathroom. A great working AC. Water in the pool was cold, but that wasn’t a warm day so didn’t go to the pool at all. The breakfast was amazing comparing to a lot of other we had in those last two weeks in CA- there was fresh fruits and a fair choice of ham to addition to the regular pancakes and cereal. We loved our stay and we would absolutely stay again.

The staff was a amazing. Checking the Concierge was not the nicest. Same Concierge that checked in this was the same who checked us in. The family ahead of in line got an amazing informative Concierge, He finished up with the family and I was like omg he’s sounds great and happy. He checked us in next we did not experience the same level of guests service that he gave the family before us. He was straight to point no welcome to the hotel just simple.

The staff and location.

I liked the size of the bedrooms, the happy hour and the ideal location. I really liked Juan the barman! He was so friendly and welcoming to the guests, a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was convenient and adequate. I liked the fresh fruit available all day alongside flavoured drinking water. You could also access tea and coffee all day.

After staying in 3 different rooms, the beds in the first two rooms were very comfortable but the bed in the third room was needing replaced. I didn't like that you couldn't open a window unless you were in a suite.

A very nice hot breakfast was included. The room was quiet and clean. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There is a drug store, a supermarket next door. It's very convenient for guests to get whatever they need.

The spa is out of service. The sign says it's being serviced, but I felt that they were trying to save cost. Also, the pool was not heated. I stayed here many times long time ago, and the spa and the pool were very enjoyable. Too bad I could not enjoy them at my latest stay.

Daily housekeeping was consistent whenever I asked for it as long as it was before 4:30PM. The breakfast staff was overall quite pleasant. Everything was clean and well maintained. Noise levels weren't too bad in Room 107, esp considering the fountain outside being white noise.

Bed was worn, sunken in the centre a lot. The right side mattress cover was almost always very worn and rough, which was funny at the time but in hindsight not the best. The front desk was a hit or miss. Once, they couldn't provide a bottle opener, and didn't even try to find one. Overall, they never went above and beyond, which is okay for the price and cleanliness of the hotel. I'd take that over a good hotel receptionist any day. The cleaning/breakfast staff are way nicer overall as well. By night, their hot water would be cold water.

This was our first hotel in the states and by far the best experience. Competitively priced for the area. Room turned out to be a small studio with a little living room and kitchennete and a big bedroom. Breakfast variety was very good. Location wise not much in walking distance but it's just next to the highway. Felt very safe and nice, didn't see any homeless people unlike the hell hole that is San Francisco.

The hotel was a great value compared to other hotels in the area. It was also very nice and spacious including very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a great location especially because we were there for a concert at the SAP Center in San Jose.

Unfortunately, the guests in the room next to us were smoking marijuana which we could clearly smell. I understand that's not the hotels fault, but it is frustrating especially when my wife has asthma.

The service is above and beyond. The staff really cares wether it is reception, housekeeping, or breakfast. Very outstanding and thoughtful, you could see it even during a night stay. I haven’t seen such a nice menu for breakfast for a long time (and I traveled across country last August), thank you for the variety and choices.

The windows of my room were facing the Highway and as a light sleeper it made a difference. Also the rooms are not sound proof and you may hear other guests talking/walking outside of your door.

Friendly and competent staff at front desk. Large room, clean sheets and towels. Comfortable and free parking, wifi, and breakfast. Swimming pool and jacuzzi (open until 10pm), with towels and slippers and robes available. Fruit water at the entrance. Hard-working staff keep the property well-maintained.

Carpet was dirty and smelly, a bit sticky. 😬 Bath fixtures (hot/cold water shower/bath) were quite old and not so easy to operate. Bed sunk in the middle, so people who need firm support might not sleep well. Would be nice to have hand sanitizer readily available throughout premises. But we still thought it was a good deal for one night, last-minute. We were happy enough to switch to a larger room when an additional member of the family arrived. Just need to update a little, but I would recommend it for the value proposition and the staff.
