Super 8 by Wyndham Ukiah

The room amenities were nice. Good sized fridge that worked almost too well. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Unexpected safe in the room as well.

The price quoted online and the actual price were not the same. Before arriving, I messaged the property that I had pets and asked if there would be any charges added. When checking in, the desk told me they had no knowledge of my pets and proceeded to charge me $20 extra per dog(2) per night. Oh, I almost forgot, I was initially told that check in was available from 2 p.m. when I arrived I was told my room wasn't ready and had to find some place to go for an hour while they finished preparing- even though I had reserved the room days ahead. Parking is fairly tight here as well.

I dd not have breakfast because I don't get up early enough. I liked the coffee service and the extras of hot cocoa packets. The staff was friendly and excellent - very helpful. Parking was easy, too.

I didn't understand what the breakfast offerings were. I saw a room service flyer, but didn't understand where the food would be prepared, since there was no cafe or restaurant onsite. An elevator could have been helpful, but not necessary since I'm still able to carry my luggage upstairs where the rooms are quieter.

I didn't eat breakfast. I mainly stayed in the room. Brought my own food too. But I think the price was a little steep though. It would be really nice to get good deals or discounts if your going to stay more than one night. Don't know if you guys do have good deals or discounts but times like these is very hard and rough with COVID. Money isn't coming in like it used to due to this pandemic. I really loved staying there at Super 8 and am looking forward to staying again real soon. Hopefully by then I'll find some discounts or deals with that motel. Maybe not either but I'm not going to give up hoping though. Anyways thank you for your message and service. Have a great day.

How much I had to pay. The prices are pretty steep for being in a hardship situation that we're in right now. Money is very very tight these days. Hopefully like I said maybe some kind of deal or discount next time I stay there.

Newly renovated, super clean and quiet room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had no carpet and I love hotels with no carpet because carpets are always filthy. Large new sofa in room, with side table so you could comfortably sit and eat or drink something. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable.

Easy location and close to all our destinations and highway. Comfortable beds. Everything worked in our room. Very quiet and clean.

Floors looked clean but our feet were very dirty from walking around room. The bathroom is super small and the sink is right in front of a bed. Should put a sliding door up for more privacy and so you don't wake who's sleep with mirror lights. Pool was closed and breakfast.

Car charger was the main reason I chose this property as a midway stop on my all electric car road trip. It was amazing to be able to get my car fully charged while I slept. I also enjoyed the reasonable pet fee for accommodation of my dog on this road trip with me.

Looking for a comfortable bed and big TV, this is it. The hotel has many environmental eco-green awards and participation plaques. I appreciated this. Quiet room with a couch and computer desk. Very nice. Room was very clean and hotel was clean.

Bathrooms are on the small side. Room decor was dated; however, very comfortable and clean.

Overall I had a good experience here. The area around the motel might not be the best, that's not really their fault, so if that is a concern I would take that into account. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, I showed up a day early and it was no issue to add to my reservation. The rooms looked clean and accurate to the pictures, there wasn't any problems with anything in the rooms, (the tv worked the water was fine no pressure issues) they actually looked recently remodeled. There is wood floor, since they allow pets so the noise from second floor might be a bit loud so if that is an issue I would ask for top floor.

There was calcium on the shower drain and head so it was a little less powerful, and you could hear your neighbors as the walls and ceilings are thin. There was also not a hair dryer.

The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious & comfortable. I found it very safe and relaxing. This is my second stay at a Super 8. I,now prefer to stay at Super 8 motels. The management and staff in Willits and in Ukiah are excellent. They answered all of my questions and gave me the best service.

Shower wash wasn't available/unfilled and we were delighted that the pool and breakfast were available though unable to use the pool since we were told it wasn't in service
