Cloverdale Wine Country Inn & Suites

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff happily provided extra coffee packets for our use. Cloverdale has a decent selection of tasty restaurants.

The mini freezer compartment didn't work in the mini fridge. The sign and driveway is kind of hard to see at night - a little sign, low to the ground, but driveway not well-defined and hard to see outline, especially with oncoming traffic, bikes, etc.

Very very clean and cute! Good bath tub, excellent shower and excellent mattress. Very comfortable and nice.

Very thin curtains. The heavier curtains were only on the sides of the window, didn't close all the way. They looked nice, but it was too bright for sleeping. I suggesting taking a look at that! With better curtains, it would have been perfect! It was a great room though! I really enjoyed my stay!

The bathroom/shower was better than most with a curved curtain rod and great water pressure. Very convenient location and hotel set-up. Not a luxury resort, but a perfect place to stop if you’re on a long trip. Great little pool/spa.

The decor appeared to be quite old including the type of bedspreads that are not easily washed.

The staff, both day and night, were friendly and willing to answer our questions. There was a swimming pool and spa, but we did not use them.

We were on the first floor and late at night I heard footsteps. But that's par for these motels. The coffee maker was stained, so it did not look clean.

generous with pillows and linens. covers included a blanket which I appreciate even though it was warm. we were greeted during a blackout and given guidance to our room. staff was very helpful even though they couldn't help with power. so, first night was interesting, but the dark sky was awesome, so, that was unexpected.

no conditioner to go with the shampoo. no food.

We stayed here to attend Citrus Fair. Location ideal. We arrived early for parade and we were allowed to park at hotel prior to official check in time.

Wish they served breakfast, but we found an awesome local coffee shop nearby.

The property was in a good location within walking distance of several restaurants. When I had trouble using the coffee machine, a maintenance person showed me how to work it easily.

The lobby was always closed, you had to use the bell to get help. No breakfast was provided, so I did put some food purchased in Santa Rosa in the refrigerator.

No breakfast available. Loved that there was a fridge and microwave. Staff were wonderful and friendly.

While we had a lovely stay and would stay there again, unfortunately there were a couple of roaches in our room the second night.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Too bad that it is understaffed, so it is difficult to provide amenities expected for the price of the accommodations.

For the price, it would be nice to have breakfast, even a continental or take away. Pool and exercise facility could be opened earlier for people to use in morning.

Very clean rooms. Maid service excellent. Location to north and south wine country great.

Rooms are dark - could use an upgrade. No continental breakfast as stated but coffee availBle in the room.
