Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield

Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and mostly clean. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived on a stormy night and they we very helpful to get us (and our 2 cats) arrived and into our room quickly.

I shared with the front desk that there was some mold in the bathroom sink overflow drain that needed to be cleaned. Found some food and trash debris on the carpet in the room. Part of the microwave oven above the oven door came loose and fell down. I was able to snap it back in and told the front desk that it might need to be looked at so it doesn't fall down on the next guest.

Nice-sized king suite, pretty well-stocked kitchen, breakfast was a little different every day but some sort of variation on eggs (scrambled, fried, omelet), meat (bacon, sausage), and side (potatoes, etc). Staff was very welcoming.

There is a small window in the king suite that let's in a lot of light and made it hard for my kids to sleep (they're used to black-out curtains), the pool is old and a little green

very clean, modern, easy to find. nice area. loved the top floor room. so comfortable. nice kitchen, great bed sheets, shower, toiletries. bed was comfortable. felt like a small apartment. tastefully decorated and laid out well. good ac and views. parking was plentiful and well lit.

the breakfast was not great. thanks for the juice and cold cereal. the coffee was good too. we shared an elevator with a 30-ish man who was salivating, mumbling.. obviously on drugs. not the hotel’s fault.. just a bit scary.

customer Garbage at all the all elevators, the hallway carpets need to be vacuumed probably every 12 hours., and please put black mats at all the exits. Even in the doors that are near customer rooms. The carpet gets stained and dingy. Have those changed out once a week and vacuumed every 12 hours, You need a hot tub as well.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with lots of options, great outdoor area. We traveled with a lot of small children and were never made to feel like they were annoying, too loud, etc., when we were hanging out in the lobby. Very family-friendly facility with a wonderful staff.

Beautiful spacious room that was clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The shower was huge and the bathroom was big enough that we could both get ready at the same time. The bed was super comfortable as well. Would love staying there again.

I should have booked straight through the hotel instead of booking.com. I used messenger with booking.com to inquire if the outdoor heated pool was open during my stay. I was assured it was but it didn't open until a week later. Not the properties mistake. They were amazing.

It was clean, staff was friendly and it was located on a great spot. It was nice that there were dishes in the room to use with the kitchen.

The breakfast was less than desirable. The eggs were horrible….

The suite rooms. Really nice for long term stays. Can compete with air bnb’s plus they offer breakfast and complimentary drinks every night.

We didn’t eat the breakfast, but the coffee was good. We loved having the little kitchen! That was very helpful. The couch was great too amd I loved that the tv could swivel.

The only thing we didn’t like are the doors to the bathroom. No lock and didn’t close all the way, so not enough privacy. I would’ve liked a tub too, but the shower was great!

There was a line for breakfast, due to Covid, so we opted out.

Temperature wasn’t consistent in the room. I set the thermostat so it would be cooler overnight. The air was a chilly breeze while it was running, and then the room would get way too warm before the air would come on again. It didn’t stay at the temp where I’d set it. We woke up several times because we were too hot. Also, the last night it rained and the sound of rain against the windows was very loud and not steady. It sounded like water was running from somewhere and hitting our window, in addition to the rain.
