Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel

Location was near stores, restaurants and the mall. Saved me on renting a vehicle since everything was walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Amber was a great help at the front desk with letting me know what surrounded the resort and in planning my days.

There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave to reheat my meal from the restaurant in the hotel. It was hard to get in touch with the front desk in the evenings. Had to go downstairs to talk to them.

Clean and decorated fantastic.

Staff was not friendly. No pool signs anywhere. We had to wait in line to ask where the pool was and when they told us, they acted like we were a hassle to them.

Lobby and restaurant decor was excellent, staff very friendly loved convenience of location to Denver and Mountain. Cleaning staff was excellent super intensive. breakfast buffet excellent very intensive.?

The front desk staff was amazing. I just expected a little more from the Marriott especially for the price.

When you have Marriott members checking in, maybe it would help to put them in a larger room. Or at least offer it to them if you have one available. For the price, I was expecting for at least a seating area.

The staff were fantastic! When I arrived they let me check in early and did not charge me any extra, they also gave me an extra meal on our meal package, I asked to checkout late and they again did not charge me and fake me another 2 meals free. They were very professional and nice and took care of us 100%. We were there for a volleyball tournament and being able to check in early and out late were perfect! Thank you so much and we will definitely be coming back if we are back up this way!

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel and I travel a lot. The fresh fruit - plenty of bacon every day, and omelet chef were all amazing!! Coffee was also good and everything was kept fully stocked.

I always want access to a microwave to heat my food up more.

It seemed like they were doing construction in room above us that woke us up every morning, that was a big discomfort bc we like to sleep in on vacation. The shower area of the bathroom was kinda gross. Hair in corner behind door and grout was stained n messed up and very old feeling compared to rest of room.

we were together with other families for a volleyball tournament in town. Only one person from the group got a complimentary breakfast voucher. Even though it seemed that we all had the same kind of reservation and paid the same for the room, the rest had to go somewhere else for breakfast. I am even a member of Marriott Bonvoy and didn’t make a difference!

The staff was excellent especially Hayley. The breakfast buffet is awesome 4 a hotel breakfast. When we got the right room it was very spacious. Very nice pool and workout room and great location. Beautiful hotel overall.

Several little things broke or wrong in room (shower curtain messed up,swivel mirror broke; old fork and dust and trash behind night stand, etc nothing really bad enough to make big stink about

Breakfast was stellar and the staff were terrific.

Was surprised by the hold on my debit card wasn't informed of the length of time period of this happening at check in or check out.
