Location, decor. Appreciated daily housekeeping which is rare since the pandemic.

Some employees did not match the trendy “social” vibe the hotel seems to be going for. The desk clerk was not very interested/knowledgeable about the area. When asked for a recommendation for a good Thai restaurant, desk clerk stated “I don’t know “. When asked for a local sundown hike location I was told to try Boulder. I asked for a local map and received a Denver map. I enjoyed the fitness area.

The janitorial staff kept knocking at the door around 9 am and even entered the room at 9:30 am while we were still there in the room with my wife. Why are they doing that if the checkout time is 11:00 am? After checking out a few minutes before10 am, I realized that I’d left some food items in the refrigerator (Noosa yoghurts and some hamburgers). After returning to my room at 10:15 am, I asked the cleaning lady (who was already in my room) if I could retrieve the items to which she quickly replied they’re already in the trash and didn’t let me even enter the room to inspect and verify.

The staff were easy to work with, the location, and the cleanliness. We were dealing with some personal stuff after being robbed in Denver. It was nice to feel safe for several days.

The tv situation was stupid. I thought my tv didn’t work for days, it appears to be updated to do all kinds of things but is barely working as a tv. TV’s in place since 2009. Especially frustrating when we have been on the road for 3 months…

I was in Broomfield for a Leadership conference and loved that this hotel was a 5 minute walk to the First Bank Convention Center. It was also close to tons of restaurants which is always a plus!

I did wish the gym had a little more equipment to use, I just didn't feel there was enough!

Parking was great and it was close to jump on the freeway. they did accommodate us when we decided to extend our stay.

I wasn’t happy with the fact that after calling the location and then informing us the bar was open till 10 which we were looking forward to after driving 12 hours. That when we arrived they had closed at 8. But the following day, we sat at the bar with Jonathan and he was great!! Amazing old fashion!!

The room was clean, modern and comfortable.

We were placed in a room where the AC was out and had to switch rooms after we had started unpacking. On the second day of our 6-day stay, the AC in our replacement room also had issues. Luckily, the maintenance staff was able to fix the issue while we were out sightseeing that day.

The facility are very new, clean, and has modern design. Very comfortable. I really love it! The staff at the reception desk are kind and helpful! If I come to this area again, we will stay here again. During pandemic, there is no room service.

The breakfast is limited. The reservation including free breakfast is actually only a breakfast coupon of 6or8 dollars (I forgot exact amount). You still need to pay extra dollars for the item you picked. And not many selection for breakfast, more like a snack bar. But they do offer free coffee.

Bed was great, not hard, not too soft....just right! Very fun and happy room to be in for 4 days. The size was bigger than we are used to. Loved the walk in shower. Their snack bar with order breakfast feature was great.

Easy access to dining and good places to bike and hike. You can walk to Starbucks.

the location is perfect. so many places to walk to…it’s like a neighborhood with a cute downtown feel. the hotel was very clean, the set up was perfect and bed was very comfortable.

there was a minor issue, but the manager went above and beyond to be respond and resolve the issue.
