Hampton Inn Denver/Northwest/Westminster

It was clean, the Queen beds & pillows were comfortable, the breakfast selection was good, the food was hot & tasty! My 5 grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool, my puppy was allowed to stay with my husband and I! Our rooms were cleaned and restocked every other day. Our room had a microwave and fridge! The Hotel is near restaurants and shopping! Richard at the front desk was wonderful, informative, and helpful!

The spa was out of order! My puppy wasn’t allowed in the pool area although he was inside an enclosed crate. I couldn’t leave him by himself in the room because he was crying so I had to stay with him and miss my granddaughters birthday pool party.

The service was wonderful. Every employee greeted me as they went by, asked how things were. I really appreciated the positive interaction. The location was very convenient for me as well. A real fridge that functioned!

The property is a little old and tired. There were water stains on the ceiling and around the mirrors. The windows in the room were so small, very little light came in. The desk could have really used a task lamp, as most of the window was blocked by the fridge/microwave stand and all the lights in the room were on the opposite wall. It was pretty dark for working.

The breakfast and the room size

The reason why we originally reserved as we were coming in from out of state and staying 5 days and reserved the premium king so we could take advantage of the drinks and snacks. And finally by Wednesday the shipment finally came. The use of the pool..... was not very appealing as it looked very dark and uncirculated water The housekeeping, we put our towels our and trash and not one day did they personally replenish we had to go to desk everyday.

Everything was pretty great overall. The staff was so extremely nice! The room was clean, bed was comfortable 😌

the room did not get cool it seemed like the air-conditioning was that great! And the tile in the pool area is really dangerous my son fell a couple times I almost busted my butt as well. The hot was closed and that wasn't noted ahead of time

The woman at the front desk was the most amazing person we came across on our entire trip! you’ve earned a guest for as long as she’s there! she was seriously remarkable! my daughter also couldn’t have said enough kind things about her.

the walls in the room next to the bed were extremely dirty and gross. but the rest of the entire stay was amazing. the breakfast was remarkable.

I believe he told me his name was Richard. He was awesome, I’ve actually never had such a welcoming experience checking in to a hotel. He is great at his job and was very good at offering and educating me on how to become a member.

I like my experience there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Staff was so friendly and talked to my little sister about the concert we were in town for. They made us feel like they had known us for years. If I ever need to stay in a hotel in Westminster again I’m staying here.

Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work that well. Maintenance man showed up while we were busy. We asked him to come back but he told us he just needed to get a picture of the bathroom mirror. He was friendly, but when someone asks you to come back you should come back later and not keep asking to come in.

Location was good, check-in was pretty quick, room was comfortable and location in the hotel was quiet. Nice to have a cooked breakfast included in the price. There was a large variety of food and it was tasty.

The hotel put a $50 for incidentals on my cc, we stayed one night. I disagree with that completely. The room wasn't quite as clean as it should be. There was a side table by the chaise and it was dirty and there was hair on the shower wall.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Great hot breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Definitely could use an update overall.

Breakfast was great! Grandkids loved it! Fresh and hot! And plenty of it!
