The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel

We really loved our stay here over Thanksgiving. The mountain view is beautiful and changes every hour, it is the best view ever! We walked to lots of nice restaurants and bars. We had 4 people in the room and it was large enough for us with 4 large pieces of luggage.

We could not get the room cool. It seems the heat was on and we could not get the a/c on. We did have maintenance stop by to fix it and we came back to the thermostat set on 86 so that did not help. Parking was $17 a day in a really complicated attached parking garage. They can't fix the parking garage but they could reduce the price of parking.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely focused on the guests and went out of their way for us. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The shower..... oh the amazing shower! Best hotel shower EVER! Water pressure was fabulous.... old school ... rinses all the conditioner out. Hot water too. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash already in the shower but they also had shelves to put your own toiletries on. There was not one thing to dislike. Best hotel of our 14 day travels from Georgia to Colorado and back.

That I couldn't stay there longer. Had to go on to Estes Park.

The bar was Awesome!!! Our bartender was Blake he made feel so welcomed that we came to the bar every night. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean

The outlets need to be replaced they would not charge my phone. Lamps need to be replaced very outdated. The breakfast was not great at all. There was nothing to accomedate people with diabetes. No Almond milk, not enough fruit, cold eggs, no toast ( and I ask ) all sugared yogurt, no bagels, but the coffee was good. For $18.99. No way with it.

The cleaning staff were phenomenal and very nice. Always said goodmorning. The front test was great as well and very helpful with our questions since it was our first time in colorado springs.

The hotel restaurant was awful. We waited over an hour for chicken wings and tacos. They were not busy at all when we sat down and we also ordered quickly. Manager was nice and comped our meal but the server was not great. Things happen and always considerate of that but the food was cold and over cooked and waiter just told us sorry must had been sitting under warmer for a long time.

We received a free upgrade to a king suite with a mountain view - probably one of the nicest rooms and views I have ever stayed in! The bed was comfortable and we loved that we could wake up and see the sunrise on the mountain without the sun beaming in our room. The suites are located on the ends of the hallways, so we did not hear any other guest at any time.

I was on crutches and no one at reception offered to help me get to my room. I also walked into the room and the air conditioning had not been turned on prior, so the room was a bit stuffy. There were no directions for how to turn on the air conditioning, but after messing with it for a few minutes, I was able to figure it out. The room cooled within 30 minutes to a much more comfortable temperature.

The Hotel has a great location! The room was big enough, with an Amazing view of the Mountains and to the City. The Staff was very accommodating. Hailey at the front desk help us all along, and Oscar from house keeping after mentioning the issue with the sofa bed went the extra mile gave us an spare bed and some back patches.

Overall, everything was good. however, the sofa bed was in bad shape, and the linens were not that clean.

Spectacular view out of two wall-sized windows in our corner room on the 13th floor. A quiet room--we heard no sounds outside the room, and a reasonable size--roomy but cozy. Awesome wing-back chair for watching the sun rise over the mountains. Good beds and a good shower.

Very limited TV options. With a smart TV we could have watched Netflix or Disney. There were few Cable options. We could hardly even find network TV. But fortunately we brought books!

Beautiful view. Near all the places we wanted to see. Great water pressure in the shower real glasses in the room Cleaning staff was great always cake back to clean room and sheets.

Parking ramp had multiple tines we had to call to get out because the validation of the ticket was not working. The pool was open but very short time. I never got a chance to use it since it opened late and closed early.

The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular! Booked for a room with a King Size bed and upon check-in found we booked the executive suit. Carpet could use updating, but bathrooms were very nice. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Huge space! Bedroom was its own separate room - we loved it! Bars/restaurants within walking distance made it easy to enjoy the night!

Wasn't thrilled about paying for parking, but glad they had a deal so it was cheaper. The lot charges $15 each time you enter, but the hotel charges your card a 1x fee ($18 if I remember correctly) if you remember to scan your card before leaving and keep it from anything magnetic/electronic. Hotel bar/eatery closed early and the shop wasn't open. Would have been nice to have access to both, but understand why we couldn't. We were excited the place had a pool and spa, but found they were closed upon arrival. No chance to use amenities since they were all closed. Despite these annoyances, I would stay here again.
