Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

My room was clean & comfortable and had the best shower I've experienced so far on my 3-week trip.

The breakfast was pretty lame -- as so many “included breakfast” offerings are. I had to throw away the scrambled eggs -- not sure what they use (undoubtedly something pre-made) but the texture was just plain weird. The sausage patty was a weird texture, too. Hampton Inns know how to do breakfast right, with plenty of fresh fruit, good quality yoghurt; muesli & dried fruit. It's really not that hard! I'd much rather have a lighter, good quality cold breakfast than a “hot breakfast” comprised of fake food :-/

Breakfast was more than a continental as advertised. It was a full breakfast!

Opened our room and fridge open with dirty rags hanging out and dirty towels in corner. Everything else was made up in the room. It was clear that they defrosted the fridge (as it was also unplugged and dresser it was in moved diagonal) and housekeeping forgot to pick up rags. The floor was also not mopped as I stepped in something sticky and in more than one spot! Everything else in room was very good! Not a complainer...room was great just needed to be touched up.

Selena D, you night auditor was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. She gave us a room that perfectly located for my disabled wife. Then showed us where to park to make entry and exit easy given my wife's stroke and her challenges. In today's environment it's rare to get genuine and exceptional service. Side note - the breakfast was excellent. The next time we travel to and from Texas we know where we are staying! Thank you - Jerry and Heather Hoyt

The bathroom only had a fan and light that where together, a separate light only would be nice, mainly for the adjacent room benefit. Late night bathroom visits are loud when they could be quiet.

Check in was super smooth sailing & I cannot remember the guys name but he was super friendly (evening shift)! Parking was almost full & he offered to move his car if we couldn’t find a spot near our room. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the whole dining area was kept super clean.

The restroom was very small/kinda hard to get around. Shower head was huge and kind of overwhelming, hardly any room to not get wet in the shower.

Courtesy of staff. Cleanliness of facility. It is a great place to stay location wise to visit the area. In all the years going out for spring break, this is one of the best hotels we've landed. Very happy.

Rooms are spacious and very clean, but furniture is a bit old and too bulky that steals space from room. It could have less and we wouldn't mind have the "floor" space. And maybe, a bigger TV screen would fit with smaller furniture.

Good location along "Hotel Alley". Mattress and pillows were good. Towels were a bit thin. Had breakfast only one day... Was OK - Room had a hot tub, but we didn't use it.

There was an issue with "moths" but this seemed to be all over town. Maybe it was weather related. Asked someone at a restaurant and he agreed but wasn't quite sure what was going on.

The room was clean and had hardwood which is nice if you have dogs. The pool area was nice and clean, I also enjoyed the pool towels being at the pool. I really liked that they had an open green area for the dogs to relieve themselves.

The room was small and bathroom cramped. The parking lot is tiny and always full, we had to park in back and walk a ways to get to the room. Breakfast needs to last longer and it would have been nice for some snacks to be left out all day.

The rooms were nice and big. We appreciated that there was plenty of space, besides just having enough space for sleeping (two queens and a sofa bed). The employees that were helping with breakfast were very kind and helpful.

The rooms were pretty clean, but the hotel is getting old, so it wasn't super clean due to its age. It could use some updating.

I loved this hotel and the family suite we stayed in. My family loved it, it was cozy and worth the money spent. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The outdoor pool was luke warm and it was nice to hop into after driving from Los Angeles.

It would have been nice to have the indoor pool available as well but not a necessity.

When I checked in, I discovered the booking company had not passed along my message that we had to have a ground level room because of handicaps. We cannot climb stairs. Holly immediately tried to find a lower level room for us. They were fully booked but she kept trying until she had a room for us. She was so nice and so helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.
