Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites

The daytime clerks were very pleasant. One of them assisted us to unhook our trailer when we needed to go into town.

The night clerk that checked us is was a little snotty. She complained that we were disrupting her other duties and when I didn't catch everything she said because I was tired from the road, she basically scolded me for not keeping up.

Parking was well lit. Building was clean. My room was clean and comfortable.

There was a sign limiting breakfast food to one serving. It felt restrictive and punitive. If I’d had my boys with me I would have felt like we had to go out for breakfast because they are growing and eating a lot. It was just kind of off putting.

Loved that the rooms are big with alot of room. Pillows are super soft. And weather you park in front or back you see you vehicle. Amd omg the breakfast! It was amazing! Homemade omlettes with a side of hashbrowns.. the lady and gentleman serving breakfast were sweethearts very welcoming and made u feel at home. Best stay ever! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great(Matt was awesome he made you feel like you were special and he would accommodate you anyway he could) The rooms and facilities are very very clean and well maintained,they have a young man who makes omelets for breakfast each morning they were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this stay it was above exceptional.

We expected a run of the mill "motel" but everything was clean and well maintained. This may sound silly, but the shower was the best we had experienced so far on our multi stop journey. The morning breakfast featured omelets freshly made for each guest. The facility and staff was very pleasant.

Nothing comes to mind, the facility exceeded our expectations.

We were there overnight. The location was near many restaurants. They were within walking distance. The continental breakfast looked good but we didn’t have the chance to try it as we had to be somewhere early. Also the price quoted online was more than what we actually paid so that was wonderful.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t very comfortable. The one major complaint was the outlet by the sink did not work. So you had to plug in dryer, flat iron etc elsewhere.

It was very clean. breakfast you get to have a fresh omelette with 3 things. staff were really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

pool and hot tub were closed. that was very disappointing.

We loved the breakfasts, especially the made to order omelets, and the front desk staff were exceptional.

The only complaint I have is that the housekeeping staff didn't make our beds 2 of the days we were there. They did take out trash and change towels, which we appreciated, but we would have liked the beds made as well.

Excellent, unique, best in the country. Omelet station for made to order breakfast. Signs are a little much, listing how many of each item you can have looks cheap.

First room assigned was dirty when we walked, in; beds unmade, trash, etc. Staff worked and found us a room and didn't charge us the price difference. Cleaning staff screwed the front desk.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast. The omelette cook was very good and very friendly! The front desk clerks were also very friendly and helpful.

Would be nice to have an extra bath towel in the room for my hair.
