Quality Inn I-25

This was my second time staying here. The first time I was overcharged and I had to call and email to get it fixed. This time was not that way. I paid right away, and the room was fine. But what really got me was the breakfast! Fresh, and delicious. The chili made the breakfast that much better. You just need to add tortillas!

Everything was good, the employees, the room, the breakfast. I will always stay here when I am in Pueblo!

The location was great for our visit. Breakfast was good - love the waffles! Handicap parking and accessibility was good. Nice pool. Refrigerator and microwave very handy. AC very welcome. Shower was nice, and HC bars very welcome.

Non-handicap vehicles in the HC spots. (Good - Staff assisted in getting us a spot.) The tub was tough for accessibility - glad the bars were available.

Over and above all else at the Quality Inn in Pueblo West, was the Team Members and their positive, friendly attitudes. It was obvious that every employee we encountered while there, was willing to go the "extra mile" to help us enjoy our stay and take full advantage of the services on-site. I travel a great deal, so encounter all levels of customer service, so I can say with some authority that I've staying in other chain and franchise lodgings across the USA, paid 4-times the rate, and not received the attention and sincere, cooperative personalities, I experienced at the Quality Inn in Pueblo West.

Was located near several restaurants and gas station. clean. staff was great. Annette was welcoming when we arrived. Bill I believe is his name was constantly working hard doing several tasks with a smile on his face and still giving attention to anyone who needed it.

Great breakfast,poor little lady had to keep refilling biscuits and eggs. Excellent. Loved my room and hope to get the same room next year. All staff was friendly and happy

Hard to get to from direction we come, have to go up dirt road behind hotel to get to it. Toilet to low and would act like it was going to overflow every time you flushed

We love the convenient location to Highway 25. We love the free hot breakfast. The red chili is soo good with the eggs. The rooms are comfortable and anything you need they have.

We stayed here as part of a trip due to the unexpected death of a family member, and arrived late after a very long drive. We were delighted with the staff, the super clean room-just everything! The breakfast was AMAZING!!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The woman who manages the breakfast room is amazing...everything is so well prepared and the room is always clean.

The facility while clean, could really use an update. Bathroom ceiling patched and peeling, carpets throughout building worn and dull. Need to provide extra blanket in room if using such a thin bedcover.

Better than expected. Good breakfast with eggs and biscuits and gravy. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Convienent off I-25.

A little dated. Could hear people in hallway late at night and neighbors walking upstairs.

The location was convenient for our needs and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't make fun of us when we couldn't turn on the shower. ;-) The room was comfortable and the facility was clean.

Our room was on the ground floor close to the street and we could hear some traffic sounds that were sometimes bothersome. The facility was a little older and basically well maintained, but the hallway carpets could be cleaned.
