Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo-Southgate

The woman supervising breakfast was terrific. Very kind and helpful and working hard. The food was fine but not outstanding. The front desk clerk on Friday and Saturday evening was very helpful with several requests and a great recommendation.

The bathroom tub and tile was a little grimy. The pillows were uniformly too soft.

The staff here are very helpful and want to make you feel at home...and when I had a mix up with my credit card they were very patient with me and didn't keep pounding at so door wondering if figured it out yet..every single emotes set I ran into there had a smile on tnier face and was willing to help anyone there..thank you for that ladies!!!

There was nothing that I didn't like about staying at this hotel ..whenever I need to stay in a hotel or I am referring someone to a hotel I refer them to the Hampton Inn & Suits Pueblo South..

3rd floor got a smell of dirty. Diaper Could here EVERYTHING in our bathroom from neighbor through vent. Hot tub not working Accommodations not adequate for family.. Usually a pull out sofa or something to help.. Was made. Aware at. Booking

Staff was great from the front counter to maintenance in the pool area. Super dog friendly and family friendly. Room was nice and clean and comfortable.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:00pm due to only one housekeeping person showing up for work that day. That made it a little challenging for us with 3 kids and a dog in the car and the kids wanting to jump into the pool right away. We made it work by driving around the area and finding a place to have an early dinner. When we got back at 7:00pm the room was ready for us.

Bathtub drain was marginal … despite being on the 4th floor, a simple shower resulted in ankle deep water which was very slow to exit the tub. The tub really didn’t appear to be clean.

The front desk was super nice, I think her name was Monique. I also enjoyed the to go breakfast because it was convenient on our way out to hit the road.

The room and bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I found a red pill on the floor (dangerous since I had a dog with me) and then some additional small things on the floor. Bathroom floor, baseboards and shower could’ve been a little cleaner too. Also too, the curtain didn’t close all the way so privacy was a little compromised.

The room was clean with no lingering odors and the beds were firm enough for not just my bad back, but for my dad's sciatic pain as well.

We stayed for only one night.

It was spotless! Loved how clean the room was even though it was an older outdated room and furniture the room smelled and looked clean.

Well it wasn’t a big issue but I did wish it was closer to where all the restaurants and mall is.

We stayed in a king suite for all five of us. It had a pull out bed, a king, and a lazy boy. Everyone had a spot they felt was comfortable. My girls loved swimming at the indoor/outdoor pool.
