Loved the hot tub, laundry facilties, breakfast and spacious room

TV in room 230 is to small and needs to be mounted to a swivel mount. It is hard mounted and when ever the window is even slightly open it gets a terrible reflection from the window. Drapes had to be closed all the time during the day time if watching TV otherwise it the reflection from the window was terrible. If on a swival mount then TV could be moved to avoid the window reflection

Close to the Riverwalk, good restaurants, and interesting shops. Comfortable walking distance for most folks and safe during daytime. Parking is well lit in front of hotel with good security at night. Hotel feels new with spacious lounge/work areas in the lobby and a small convenience store. Facilities seem best geared for business travelers, but we loved our comfortable & clean room. Two tvs, one in bedroom area, and another in the office space with a sleeper sofa. We had been on a roadtrip for several days and appreciated the p,ushy beds.

No bar or evening dining options on property. Breakfast is offered but is not complimentary. Would not feel safe walking to and from Riverwalk at night.

it has been a very long time since me and my children got to go and do some thing away from our small town we currently reside in. So when we got to the Springhill suites it was an amazing experience they had so much fun at the pool the breakfast was great! my kids absolutely loved being here and so did Eye we will definitely be returning it’s her second time back

Honestly I wish there were more toiletries in each room especially when you have a queen suite we had a total of five people in the room so we needed more however with that being said if I were to ask for it they would totally give it to me. although I wanted to stay another night and when I did call down they told me one price and when I went down and asked to go ahead and pay for one they upped the price so that was one thing that I didn’t like about this place other than that we really do love being there a little pricey for having a family of five but worth it on occasion

Great location.

Had to wait for my room. Arrived at 2:45pm but room wasn't ready. Guest service worker said that they would call me in thirty minutes when room was ready but I never received a call. So I called an hour later and the room was ready. Even if my room wasn't ready in 30 minutes the front desk staff should keep me posted by a call or text so that I may plan my stay accordingly.

Beautiful spacious room - best of our trip. Staff was friendly and positive. Breakfast was served by a staff member with very nutritious choices.

Parking lot expansion is under construction. Room lighting seems slightly dim.

The water pressure was AMAZING. Alicia at the front desk was awesome!

The rooms were pretty outdated but you wouldn't expect that since the lobby was recently updated. The beds could of been softer and the pool is NOT heated as the listing states. The housekeeping needs more training. The privacy in the rooms between the sitting area and bed area should be more than a glass panel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Best thing there. Happily the hot food was fresh and decent.

Healthier breakfast options like plain yogurt, wheat bread and a gluten free option. The furniture in the lobby/lounge/eating area seemed stained from time. Our room was one day delayed in being cleaned (cleaned on the 4th day and not the 3rd). Bed was a bit lumpy but I have a new mattress at home so that may not be fair. Loved the shower and the bathroom was super clean and the towels too.

The hotel was nice and clean with spacious rooms. It also had a very central location. The streets around it are not very popupated, but as soon as you get to the canal, there's more things happening. I would recommend it for sure.

There was this tiny detail, but, I won't blame it to the hotel or its staff. When I checked-in, they asked my about smoking and told me they had a strick non-smoking policy, but then when I got out of the elevator to my floor, it smelled like someone had been smoking there, or would smoke there regularly because it was the same for the two nights I stayed there. Just something to be aware of. You can't control everyone, but maybe give it some refreshement if someone does. But again, just a minor comment, it didn't become an issue.

Great location within walking distance to the Riverwalk and great restaurants. Large suite with separate living area with sofa bed and 2nd TV. View of Pueblo and the mountains from the King bed. Breakfast was substantial!

Event was going on and people were outside the door smoking which was annoying after a long day of driving. Kind of tight in the parking lot.

The room was very comfortable, slept well. The breakfast area, in accordance with COVID was spacious and well thought in terms of maximizing space. Alexis at the front desk was friendly, and very professional. It showed that she took pride in her role at the hotel.

The walls are paper thin between rooms, so you can hear the television from the next room, and the occupants. The late night front desk man was a bit grouchy, and needs an attitude adjustment. Most of the plants and trees are toxic to animals, and some are toxic to humans.
