It’s location is located by restaurants, gas stations, the room was warm and comfy.

The hotel is located by the highway and busy road, you can hear the cars, tractor trailers, sirens ect…. I was surprised to see an extra charge of $85 in my bank account. I asked about it but didn’t get a clear answer. I was told it would be refunded in 4-5. I stayed for a 3rd night and was charged another $85, I will have to wait until next week to see if it’s refunded. Mysterious charges and waiting for refund wasn’t acceptable.

Peter the owner was on site constantly making sure everything was perfect. The towels are soft and plentiful and the building was quiet although it was full. The only thing that could have been better was the TV is very small for the distance from the bed but I would return to this hotel for all future stays. It was friendly and clean and well run. There was a full size ironing board in the room and blow dryer and mini frig. Wifi was great and you can tell there were no corners cut with renovations when done. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was probably the best place I stayed during my 4-night trip to New England. The location was conveniently located to downtown Hartford - a 10-min drive, easy quick check in, the room was the cleanest of the places I stayed, had a comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, etc. The first room or so may have had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, but I was able to switch to another room, which was much better and had a much more neutral smell to it.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was good right off the freeway. Breakfast was adequate with 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, assorted sweet pasteries, milk, juice, and coffee.

Bathroom fixtures were in need of updating. A/C worked but was loud. Pet friendly but $25/night charge is a little more than other hotels offering $20/night.

The bed was super comfy. The place was spotless and very quiet. Except for the proximity to route 91 there is some noise from the highway. But I ALWAYS travel with earplugs and for this reason I had NO problems at all. I actually slept in and to my surprise slept better than and later than I had in months!! The proprietor was super friendly and accommodating. And because of covid restrictions there was no food for breakfast 4/30/21 but the coffee was delish! I’d definitely stay here again ! 👍

Like I mentioned above the proximity to route 91 is unfortunate. There is some highway noise. But that was totally mitigated by my ear plug use. For me what’s more important is that no one adjacent to my room made a sound. A very respectful crowd..

Check in and check out process were very easy. The staff there are great and were able to accommodate our request to be moved to a room further away from the road (so less noise). The room was clean and comfortable. For what we paid, I think we got a great value.

Toilet too close to bathtub. Small TV. No hot breakfast

The location was close to numerous restaurants and very easy to get on the main highways. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was disappointing. Saran wrapped little debbie's no fruit on the positive was very clean and neat

Peter, the manager, always takes good care of us. This was especially the case this time since I had to change my dates twice due to weather and other issues.

The room price was higher than usual, likely due to Spring Break.

Clean, parking space in front of the room, close (walking distance) to shops and restaurants, very convenient location if you have to hit the road early in the morning.
