Extended Stay America Suites - Hartford - Farmington

The breakfast was as advertised - coffee, muffins, granola bars

They do not have an ice machine on the property and the kitchen, which was very nice, did not have any dishes, glasses or utensils. We were only there for two nights, so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room.

Front desk staff were great Both young woman in evening and the young man there later were great and helpful Room was clean and sell supplied with towels etc, Bedding was fine, climate control made the room very comfortable

No one discussed checkout time on checking in and at 5 minutes after 11 am maid was screeching at the door as I was packing. I would consider her rude. Signage at the driveway is confusing. The font for "Extended" was dark and blended in with the background, "Stay" and "America" were clearer. I had a hard time getting back on I84 North to get to Rt 4 and Avon. Maybe the front desk could have little maps. I got lost going to Avon and only got there due to Waze app on my iPhone

Breakfast was a simple “grab and go” of breakfast bars and muffins. Coffee and tea. I brought my own breakfast items but found the breakfast bars useful for travel during the day

People with dogs not picking up after their pets when walking them outside. I didn’t want to walk in the grass with my two dogs…I did pick up after mine! I understand that marijuana has become legal in CT. However waking up to the smell of it at 6:30am from someone on my floor is not a good thing within the building

exceptionally clean, pet friendly, good location (safe area, near interstate), kind staff, facilities on site (gym, laundry).

bed wasn’t the most comfortable, breakfast very basic (muffins/bars/oatmeal only), Wi-Fi is free but if you want to stream it costs extra

Great location super convenient to get between Hartford and Bristol. Room was nice. We loved the kitchenette and defiantly saved on food expenses!

Room needed more/ bigger trash cans. There was only one in the bathroom none in the kitchen. Also the parking lot filled up pretty fast and there were trucks parked in non parking spaces. So close I backed into one. Staff should monitor the lot better.

Location worked out well for us. Checkin was an easy process.

Breakfast was pretty meager compared to other places I stay. Instead of waffles and eggs, fresh fruit, juices, cold cereals,etc, we got instant oatmeal in a coffee cup and prepackaged mini muffins.

Perfect stay for a family. The kitchen came in handy

You do have to ask for kitchen stuff. And weirdly they don't give you enough for the amount of people in your room.

The coffee was good. the muffins were basic lunch box type items. would like to see more healthy chioses.

The bed was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable. The sofa bed needed linens and there were no extra blankets.

Convenient location, clean room and very friendly staff!

The dresser in the room was damaged, several of the drawers were broken and hanging off the tracks.

The room was very nice and a lot bigger than I had expected, especially at a decent price! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
