Super 8 by Wyndham Cromwell/Middletown

I absolutely adore every single one of these employees at work at the super 8 in Cromwell they are the nicest was understanding and fair hotel customer service I have ever encountered and I recommend them to everybody I know I'm staying in a one-bedroom suite A real bedroom love it can have my dog he loves all the company they have a dog park in the back good parking Walmart down the street you can't beat it give them a try they're awesome

I really don't have anything to say I like everything about it you know breakfast is great but at least they served coffee and snacks other than that no they're absolutely perfect

Plenty of free parking, good location, rooms inside were really nice

staff is not taking very good care of the lobby, so while the hotel looks nice from the inside, the front lobby was really dirty, like people aren't vacuuming every day like you have to in a New England winter, but once you are in the room, the room was lovely and updated and had all the amenities I wanted. I actually told the front desk staff they should mention this to the owner, because the outside looks great and the rooms are lovely and updated, so having a dirty lobby really gives a contradictory impression that is unfortunate.

Very accomidating and friendly staff. Our first room didn't have hot water for some reason so when I went to ask she upgraded us to a suite. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No breakfast when advertised free breakfast included. They did have coffee, juice and granola bars.

The clean,outside,well marked,well lit parking grounds & friendly staff.

The ice machine 2nd fl not operational The unannounced "Security Deposit" to my debit card caused a NSF condition on my card & left me with -$11 bucks! "AND",,, a $15 dollar charge for a missing pillow that wasn't missing. After 3 calls & 6 days later I did receive credit but...??

Dealing with Kent!

Both Key cards needed refreshing after each use,finally caught on...3rd time! Excessive Marijuana abuse...all three floors wreaked,couldn't stopp eating,cat jus slept all 5 days & stared at the wall socket. Tub didn't drain,air assist on toilet malfunctioned.

The staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Everything seemed to be in order and very clean. The parking lot was easy to access. The location was very convenient. I will return. Hopefully I will be able to find a bit of a discount somehow.

Coffee could have been a little stronger. Continental breakfast was very limited. The apples were good but the danishes contained dairy, egg and lots of sugar. All of which, I do not consume at any time. The refrigerator had water on every shelf due to freezer thawing.

Did not have. Staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to help me. I’m 80 and use a cane. They put me in a room at the far end of the hall and allowed me to walk my dog out of the back door. They also helped with my luggage. I was very pleased with the whole experience 😊😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely visit again when in town.

The website claims a continental breakfast is included. The only thing available was juice and a granola bar.

The hallway smells. Was a little muzky because of furry friends. Dog . But it turn out to be alright. Pet friendly . People . We are .

The shower was amazing

On my last day of staying there was a loud person who kept me up all night so i left early from the hotel other then that it was all good
