clean & room was nice big size and updated

Staff had literally no personality at all. No one ever said welcome or good morning or anything. Literally not social at all!! only person that ever spoke to us was morning we checked out the young man was nice and talkative and it was 5:00am. our toilet got clogged up several times and we had to call and ask for a plunger (room 425) I also called front desk 4 times before anyone ever answered. Front desk empty almost all times we walked by except o e morning two ladies there and never even looked up to say Hello or good morning. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the facility.

I appreciated that apple pay was accepted. Room was very clean and well put together. Elevators and hallways were clean. complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated. Snack bar in the lobby with other traveling necessities was VERY helpful. The area was very quiet and right next to the highway so you can get to anywhere in the city with ease.

Room was not cleaned while we were gone during the day. No parking at night, there was trucks and trailers parked horizontally that took up 3-5 parking spaces at night and there was no noticeable street parking. The room only had two light sources so it was very dark aside from the far corner light by the window and the light between the beds.

I liked everything in this hotel.

I didn’t like my room location. The room was just above some kind of the ventilation unit and it made sounds all night long. I could not get good sleep. When I checked in the receptionist said they often have problems with Booking.com so my room wasn’t booked. And she found a room which she said a same category I booked. I guess she knew the room is noisy. I also notice the insulation isn’t very good. I heard all the noises from upstairs, my neighbors ( flashing water) and people chatting in the corridor.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was running late to my event and wanted to check in prior to going and they got the process started so when I went in it would be even faster. They didn’t mind turning on and off the fire pit for us since it started to rain. They were always pleasant and made us feel welcomed if we asked for towels or anything they were nice and didn’t make us feel like a bother at all. Check out was quick and easy. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The pool was clean and the kids get to be kids and splash around (without being obnoxious) but also being able to be free and other guest were very nice about it myself included. Breakfast was great and I think it was really neat that you can make your own waffles. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I didn’t like how slippery it is around the pool.

Nice new hotel just outside the city. Everything was clean and the room was very quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was big and they had a large shower. Bed was very comfortable.

The electric charging station was only for Tesla cars. They welcomed my feedback and said they are requesting converters for other electric cars.

It has been an outstanding stay with lots of positive impressions and experiences. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was terrific and the rooms were great and quiet. Thank you so much for all!

It was close to the interstate & stores. Complementary breakfast & the times that the pool was open. Even though we didn’t use the pool and or the breakfast.

It’s not that I didn’t like the property. It was frustrating that I used the booking app to reserve the hotel to later find out that it didn’t go through. The guy said they could give me a better rate but yet I was charged more than if it just went through the booking app.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, hospitable and plenty of parking.

I was overcharged through Booking.com. Hotel representative did nothing to reimburse me. Trying to get reimbursed now.

The fact that booking.com did not handle my reservation for check in properly and it took over 30 minutes to check in

A wonderful staff, they were super helpful with my room request (we needed adjoining rooms with my daughter and infant grandson) and the place was comfortable and very clean. we were very pleased with our stay.
