Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater US 19 North, an IHG Hotel

Perfect location, Highway just there; a lot of stores around, Sam’s just in front of the hotel, more than perfect. Close to Clearwater beach, and 30 minutes to Saint Pete beach, I love it. Good breakfast, very nice staff.

Just an inconvenient, in the room were a lot of towels around the bed by the window, I noticed there were a lot of water on the carpet. I let the receptionist know about it, (Not a big deal) right a way a man name Brian took care of it, he was so nice and also he told me about places I can visit around the area.

Judy at the front desk was excellent. She got us checked in right away and on to our room. Juana provided a clean room for us. The provided breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Parking situation wasn't good. There was a construction crew staying there and had many of the spots in front of the hotel taken up with their trucks and equipment. I believe they could have been made to park on the side or in back to make room for people with more "normal" sized vehicles. One truck and trailer took up SIX spots in the front parking lot. We had lots of bags, there was no luggage dolly, so it was a LONG walk for us. There was also a situation with what appeared to be a homeless person, shirtless & dirty, looking for water for his car he said. The clerk made him out on his shirt, but let him roam the hotel after that. I think onsite security would have been a good idea. I wouldn't have let this person wander around my place.

Close to what we wanted to do, lobby and rooms were updated. Receptionist desk staff EXCELLENT. The gentleman were helpful and Welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance

Bathroom seemed a bit outdated.

The front desk staffer, Clinton, was very professional and helpful. When additional towels were requested, he immediately took care of my request. The location was perfect for my stay with restaurants within walking distance.

The bathtub had several rusty areas. Parking was very difficult arriving back after dinner.

Great place for the value. Front desk staff was very nice. Small Breakfast included in price which was a plus. Rooms are comfortable and updated.

Breakfast didn’t have many options and I did not like the shower.

Great Facilities. Modern and Clean. Only 15 minutes from the beach. In the center of shopping and restaurant district.

Bathroom could use improvement. Nice and modern but lacked caulking around tub and had minor rust on bathtub faucet.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable and the breakfast was a perfect start to the morning! The staff did a great job accommodating everyone looking for breakfast and the options were excellent.

The suite was spacious. The shower was refreshing and exceeded my expectations with soap and shampoo. The suite was very comfortable and quiet. The bedding was very nice and the kitchen area as well

Hard to tell. I have no complaints.

Except for traffic noise, it was great.

Really enjoyed staying here, room was really spacious. Hotel isn’t too far from the beach and has many stores nearby.
