Sandra, the General Manager is very understanding. She has chosen a great crew to work for her. Maria, the Front Desk Manager is on top of issues that need to be addressed and taken care of. For example, ESA animals are often not recognized as service animals by the hotel industry. When you book online through Booking or Expedia, they do not tell you about a hotel's specific dog policy. So often when u get to a hotel you are taken by surprise. This hotel's policy (computer system change) has changed since I arrived. My current dog is only ESA. My previous dog that passed away during COVID was a certified Service Animal. Mili, the Quality Manager does room checks on a regular basis to make sure that all needs are being met. Housekeeping comes by everyday to offer a new set of big fluffy towels, 2 hand towels, wash clothes, and floor matt. They come every 3 days to vacuum, dust, clean the bathroom. I don't know their exact policy on length of stay versus housekeeping services but it works for me. Carlton provides security and breakfast services. I want to give a special call out to Walter, the Front Desk Clerk who works the 3 to 11 pm shift. These are the people who I interact with the most. Everybody here is polite and always have a smile for you. I believe they all deserve raises!! They are working extra hard to provide quality service.

The rudeness of other customers who don't follow the no smoking rules. It is very quiet here. Even on the weekends. Knock on wood.

Everybody here is very friendly. I am in between living situations. I had to put all of my stuff in storage and I am trying to sell everything but the basics. I am going to live out of a travel trailer due to the high cost of living. So I am a little stressed but everybody is so nice, helpful, natural caring people. From what I understand is that this property has been bought by new owners who have just started "renovating" the hotel. I look forward to seeing the changes they make. Other people have commented that they were disappointed. Yes, the Hilton is nicer and has more to offer at breakfasts but I am not in a place in my life where I can afford $200 to 300 per night. The beds are so comfortable!! Neighbors are quiet. Everyday housekeeping offers the whole set of new soft white towels. The towels are large and cover your whole body. I have not seen any spots on the white towels. I would recommend this hotel because the price is great, it's very clean and it's very convenient ly located close to major highways and the Clearwater/ St. Petersburg airport.

Breakfast was good except the eggs. The room was great sized. The pool area was nice. A good quiet environment. Also, the freezer of the mini fridge was completely full of built up ice and the housekeeping staff changed it out immediately. They were very friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

The sheets on the pull out bed were not changed and had blood on them. The mattress for the pull out was just springs and foam. Not at all comfortable. The main light looked like water had leaked into it and it had mold in it. There was an area in the kitchenette that was pushed in like someone either fell against it or was pushed into it.

Location, Comfortable Beds, Clean Sheets, Maid Service, Friendly Staff, Pool that was in Operation and Clean👍👍. All tho im Military Minded and stay ready this Hotel Maintained a Family Safe environment. Over All Very Satisfied

Breakfast was on the Lite Side. Need additional items like Premaid Sausage Biskets you can warm up in the Microwave, do it yourself Waffels, a variety of Danishes. The Tolit in our room would not flush all the way. Had to flush it 5 or 6 times to flush. AC took longer than normal to cool off the room.

The staff was very nice and accommodating the only issue I had was the housekeeping women who don't speak English and are lazy when the cleaning the rooms I had to go to the front desk but once I did that it was done by the assistant supervisor or manager

Housekeeping they need some housekeepers that actually speak English I feel like the head of housekeeping is very biased it seems to only hire her race that speaks her language and they were lazy on cleaning the rooms properly when I was staying there for almost a week.

I am going to keep this simple. According to the front desk this is a new property for this owner and there is a ton of work they are doing and it needs it, but the staff here is what makes it. The absolute best people!! I will stay here because of them alone. They are busting their butts to make this place better and eventually it will be where they want it to be but the people that work on this property care so much about customer satisfaction and it shows. They deserve to know that people like us appreciated all of their efforts and we don't view the condition of the property as connected with them in any way.

They are working on the conditions and I believe they will get it where it should be for the brand but at the moment it is rough. But as I said above, the people will go out of their way to do anything they can for you and I will weight that as far more important to me.

Staff was VERY helpful and breakfast was amazing the room was huge and had a jacuzzi in our room to relax honestly couldn’t of asked for a more specific requests

The pool wasn’t inside , And the downstairs halls smelled like wet dogs , there wasn’t a vacuum in the room to clean up but you will have this from time to time.

I have been here more than once and the reason for me coming back but when the person from the front desk comes pounding on the door like I stolen something… because he got a call that someone was smoking something anything… would have been smelt before you got to my room. So that makes me never come back to this place again. When I tried to talk to the desk person he was rude and non professional.

It enough pillows for a king size bed glad I brought my own. Never a person at the desk once Marie left. The heavy set guys was all over the place leaving new and old guest standing there.

Everything was good, the carpets could use a good cleaning. My only complaint and it's not even a complaint. just a heads up.

Bed is comfy!!! Freindy and helpful staff. Clean!!! Good AC, quiet. Good location , has a pool, small but open. Near gas stations, food, Walmart. Close to Tampa Intl and 20mins from beach. Great service overall.

Bit outdated bathrooms but not bad. Drain in tub was slowww. Breakfast wasn't really big, grab and go bags with muffins, bkfst bars, water. (Old country buffet near by). Old carpeting. Needs better pillows, ok, but not as fluffy
