Shuttle to airport had to get maintenance to drive us, booked because shuttle offered and then told only if driver showed up which didn't (told to call Uber or taxi, on my $) that wasn't happing so she got maintenance man which I appreciate, Don't offer services (which should always be offered that close to airport) and leave to staff to fix, since No cancelations could take place after finding out

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were wonderful! Friendly and vey helpful. The shuttle driver to the airport was also very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I think you could go a long way to improving this facility by cleaning the elevators (doors and windows). It was a shock to walk into them when the rest of the facility was so well taken care of. We ate at the Tavern for dinner and the had breakfast at the breakfast room. Each served a good meal for the price. I was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast bar provided with our reservation.

The breakfast was good, not great but good. The desk, janitorial, and shuttle staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel felt safer than most in that area of town.

The Monterey Chicken Breast portion was extremely small. All the staff there was very friendly but the bartender was lazy and inattentive. He was too busy flirting with desk clerk that was on break and watching tv. I would suggest cleaning windows throughout the hotel better or more often.

SINCE I HAVE RETURNED HOME, I HAVE TRIED TO FIND OUT 3 TIMES IF I LEFT THE CORD TO MY ELECTRIC TOOTH BRUSH IN MY ROOM. 1ST I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TO BUSY TO CHECK. 2ND TIME NO ANSWER. 3RD TIME WAS ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND CALL ME BACK. THIS IS NOW THE 20TH & I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. - WON'T STATY THERE AGAIN.

I did like that. The room was clean, beds were semi-comfortable but able to sleep and get a good night rest. The staff was very nice.

The only thing I did not like was that the tavern there on property food was mediocre, drinks were okay. I also did not like the pool area very 1970s.

Its central location allowed easy access to food, activities, and the airport. The staff was amazing and very friendly to our dog. The aviation tavern inside the hotel was an amazing restaurant with good prices.

You can hear planes from the airport taking off but they stopped during the night.

Staff was friendly & so helpful. Sergio went above duty to make me feel welcome from the min I call. Michelle drove me around such an excellent customer service! Felt SO welcome…

Location & room a bit dark

if you are using the airport shuttle, be sure to call and speak with someone in person to verify the time the shuttle runs. Online was vague on times it ran, we needed it for 4:45 am to airport and shuttle did not start till 6 am ! The desk clerk pulled some strings and got the driver in at 4:30 am for us, we greatly appreciated her efforts!

They said is a free smoke hotel but one of the rooms we reserved smell like cigarettes. When I reserved online I specified two beds and when I arrived the lady said she doesn’t have rooms with two beds only one king. What’s the point to reserved my room and specify if you’re not give me what I need? If I paid for two beds is not fair you gave me one bed only and need to share my bed.
