We had an issue with a fire alarm at 12 midnight in room. The manager the next day handled the situation with the utmost professional recourse. He was excellent. Location to speedway was great. The staff did a great job given a very challenging weekend!

I would have to say the Room ventilation was the most difficult. The windows dont open allowing the rooms to breath or exaust the moisture from the AC. So rebreathing musty air causes bacteria issues

Absolutely immaculate! Everything was spotless and the entire property is well maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and despite the hotel being overrun with guests for a large event were able to keep up with everything. Coffee and tea in the lobby was available constantly, fresh and hot. Breakfast was well-stocked and very good.

The property was nice! The location was great, room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The elevators, lobby and hallways reeked an egregious odor. The hotel need to stay on top of that at all times. The smell was intolerable on the elevators. Management need to ensure that the cleaning crew use bleach in their cleaning to combat the awful smell and guarantee cleanliness.

Loved the full fridge. Made it nice because I stay for weeks at a time due to work and can't afford to eat out every meal. Having dishes and dishwasher was also very nice and convenient.

The bed was not very comfortable. Also while sitting on the couch a roach crawled over me. The room was clean though, so it could've come in from outside.

The room was clean. The appliances were a surprise. The morning breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was exceptional.

The daytime noise was a bit much. I was on the top floor so something must have been going on at the roof level. The bed felt like I was sleeping on rocks as it was hard as.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and recommended good places to visit.

When called for housekeeping service the only thing they did was make up the bed, took out trash and changed out rags and towels. They did not wipe down or sanitize anything. Stains was still on the table and counter. I just wiped it down myself. Also did not place empty cups in trash neither.

Room was ready for us when we arrived, had a smell like it needed to be aired out but was faint so didn’t bother us much shower could use better cleaning but it was okay. Microwave was dirty when we opened it. And Refrigerate could use a wiping as rust was starting to take over along front of door but nothing that bothered us. All and all was clean and acceptable and for price we can over look few things.

Queen bed too small when you are use to a King. Breakfast fruit was Old. Elevator needed to be cleaned had smell and needed a mope and scrub really bad.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very professional, and also very polite. The property was newer, so it was very appealing. The gym room was nice with new equipment. The rooms were immaculate and set up in the room to excellent.

No formal complaints

Location, location, location! Also, it was new, clean, and smelled great. It was just a great place with great amenities!

I loved everything, there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like!
