Holiday Inn Daytona Beach LPGA Boulevard, an IHG Hotel

It was clean, the staff were very nice, the location was good. Price wasn't too bad for the area.

The queen beds were a little small for our needs so sleep was a struggle. The website also said there was a hot tub, which I was excited about. There was not a hot tub, though there seemed to be a place where one used to be that had been filled in with bricks. Also, breakfast isn't free and is more diner style. Also, credit card tips fo to the hotel, not the waitress.

I enjoyed the privacy with the location along with the proximity to shopping just around the corner.

I had reserved a two queen bed disability room and was not provided with one upon checking in. Being in a wheelchair there are reasons for which one chooses a room they do, purely for ease of access, but was given a king bed that was relatively high to get into. The room also came with a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable but in a pinch for an overnight stay it was manageable.

Breakfast excellent, staff Excellent, location was perfect and I will stay again and tell family and friends

Make sure your third party agents don't promise what they can't deliver. I was promised that I could use my AEA membership @ the guest services, that was not true. Mana

The place is very clean and staff is wonderful . Location is very quiet yet convenient to many activities.

While they do accept pets, I feel $50.00 per night is quite steep especially since I leave a room almost as immaculate as when I first arrive and you cannot even tell I had a pet since she is so well behaved. Also I was just informed when booking through booking.com , the hotel doesn’t always receive the messages I post because I had posted I was bringing my dog and asked what if any pet fee was required. Never received an answer 😕. Otherwise l could have found a more amicable place!

Hotel was good and clean. Didn't know you had to request room to be cleaned, beds made etc. for each day of our stay. Recently stayed in other hotels where this is not a concern. Apparently some hotels still use covid as an excuse for cutting back on services.

They should let hotel guests know at check in that their room will not be made up if it is not requested in advance. Considering the price of the rooms, surprised breakfast not included ($15 extra).

Nice staff and very clean. If I knew this hotel allowed pets, I would not have stayed here, but the only way I found out was because I saw a few people taking their pets outside, again it was bery clean and quiet

The toilet was extremely low to the ground. With arthritis it was hard to access. The accessible room was way to far from the entramce/exit.

The receptionist was NOT friendly at all, and another employee was complaining to her in front of us about needing to get a room cleaned within the hour. They were both checking their phones, very unprofessional. The waitress for dinner was not too happy we were there. After she brought us all water after we ordered we asked for a milk. She snapped that she couldn’t get the food order in if we wanted the milk right away. We didn’t need it right away, just wanted a milk at some point. She also messed up two of the orders.

Everything was great. Very clean and very well keyed up. Great employees. A great place to stay for going to the races. We will definitely stay again.

Great location for our purpose. Restaurant made a great breakfast at for very reasonable price. Decent hotel coffee. Staff was friendly, under the circumstances.

Under renovation. Limited parking, but FREE.

The room size.

There is no kitchen, pots, or utensils and it is labeled kitchenett. It should state microwave and small fridge. There was a bulb missing in the living room area and the lighting for the entire room was insufficient for reading a book.
