The location was amazing and the room was really nice and not bad at all and the staff was very helpful with getting us stuff we needed..

We had asked for our sheets to be changed after being there 2 nights and they didn't so we ask again and on our last night there they finally did come change them and cleaned up our room

very clean and comfortable. when I had a noise complaint at 12:30am it was addressed immediately.

it has a breakfast room in the hotel photos but there is no breakfast offered. I only choose hotels that offer breakfast and would have booked elsewhere had I known.

The hotel was conveniently located on the Destin Strip. It’s what you expect for a basic, cheap hotel except for two nights we paid a little over $600… nowhere near cheap. For the price it’s not worth it, there was no breakfast or anything offered. But the hotel was clean and comfortable, and close to everything. The AC worked so good, we were freezing during the night and we usually like it pretty cold. I think the paper thin “blanket” did not help. I would stay here again, just not for the price I paid.

The price I paid for the room we stayed in was way too much.

Floors looked they hadn’t been mopped so my husband took a wet towel and mopped

Hotel rooms looked as though just refurbished. Very well done with crown molding and panel doors. Loved the walk in shower an fixers all up to date. Was really impressed on the cleanliness of the room. Floors were very clean, no sand and my white socks stayed white. Unusual for a beach area hotel. Though this is quite an old property on the outside, inside seemed like new.

Coffee maker. Not just this hotel but the trend of these on cup little makers with a little pouch of what passes coffee in a tea bag. Just a pet peeve. Did think may be a bit overpriced but still a good value.

We loved the location which is very close to the Harbor Village area, and the renovations of the rooms are nice. The affordable room with comfy beds, fridge, microwave, and large bathroom/shower were just right for our stay. The staff was helpful and the pool was so inviting. We decided to go to the beach at a last minute notice and found the property through the Booking app that we have used before and once again have not been disappointed. Thank you!

Always dependable, clean, kind. Always respond to requests in timely manner. We’ve stayed here year after year after finding on booking app. We’ve had a tv not working before but they came right away and easily fixed it. We go through a ridiculous amount of towels and they always provide us extra on requests. Their breakfast was phenomenal before the pandemic, no longer offer. They have a small/clean swimming pool which was especially good when the kiddos were younger and didn’t understand why beaches close for swimming. We’ve road out a tropical storm here just fine. Parking is directly outside rooms. Old hotel but well maintained and rooms are updated. I think all rooms now have been updated but rooms used for booking were updated first. Owners eat/sleep/work and really take pride in this business. As a single mom traveling solo with 3 children safety is my number one concern and I have always felt completely safe here. We don’t need all the fluff of added perks, beachfront, a kitchen, on-site food or fancy. We literally need a place to lie our heads to sleep well on comfortable beds at night after a warm clean shower following a full day of beach. I refuse to cook on vacation, I’ve done that on several occasions. With the money saved on this simple place we can still come to Destin when money is tight for the year eating sandwiches for the week, or we can spend extra dining at favorites such as McGuires when in our budget.

Wish the phenomenal breakfast would return but understand with pandemic then supply issues and staffing everywhere issues probably never will.

It was a very nice room and the bed was so comfortable they had freshly painted it and the outside to pool was nice and clean and they let us check in earlier than 4:00 we got to check in as soon as we got there cause we was tired from driving and they didn’t charge any extra to let us in our room so it’s a great adorable place to stay I would recommend it for sure.
