This property was in a great location, so close to a gorgeous beach. All staff encountered could not have been friendlier or more helpful! The rooms were well equipped and amazing value for money and there was just such a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. I think most hotel accommodation in the USA is hugely overpriced but this represented excellent value for money and we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you to the lovely ladies who made us feel so welcome. :))

The salt water pool was perfect. The hotel is located conveniently close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and there is a small kitchen in the room.

I found old blood on the duvet and pillows for the extra bed. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken. When I took the items to the front desk and asked for an exchange, the man at the front desk had a bad attitude.

Hotel is moderately clean and well kept, however, the sheets & bed set for the pullout couch did not look clean, floors in rooms could have been cleaner

We liked the large, well equipped rooms with everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was adequate and well stocked with several choices available. The staff were amazing-cheerful, always well mannered and efficient. Especially Melanie on check-in and Edison on the breakfast buffet went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

We don’t like the Hilton policy of allowing dogs in any and all of the bedrooms. Especially as the policy is to not service the rooms automatically every day. We had to change our first room as the smell was ‘heavy ’!

Great location! Short walk to the beach and near some really good restaurants. One we highly recommend is called Back Porch. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our stay with our dog.

The only initial issue was upon entering our room it did smell of dog urine covered up with a cleaning solution. We understood that it’s a dog friendly room so it’s bound to be an issue but maybe carpeting in the pet friendly rooms are not such a good idea? Thankfully our dog is very well potty trained and it didn’t seem to bother her. The bedding could’ve also been a little more comfortable, the comforter was very thin.

The male night staff at the counter was amazing. He took care of us when he had issues, made us feel welcomed, he even suggested places to visit and eat. He provided excellent customer service. Please see comment below as an example of how he corrected an issue we had. He genuinely cared about his job and addressed our concerns immediately.

There was a strong musty smell in the room on the first day. The night clerk, gave us options to accommodate us. He personally went in to the room and deodorized it. We were able to stay in the room and enjoy the rest of our stay. He made the issue right and we were very satisfied with the room. He used this as an opportunity to right a wrong and made us feel comfortable the rest of the stay. I was concerned as we arrived during a memorial day weekend and we knew we could not get another room somewhere else. He had a great attitude and addressed the issue right away.

Well when our boxer decided he wanted to go play he opened our room door while we weren’t there and he decided to go chill with the staff downstairs until we got there to get him the staff was really sweet about it that made our stay even more better than it was already going … the most welcome staff,the breakfast was amazing,rooms were clean, pool was nice and clean. Lots of fun things to do with kids of all ages in walking distance . I give them a 10+!

maybe get a atm machine &change machine for laundry room . we had a hard time getting change :)

Affordable room with plenty of space. The kitchenette with dishes and large microwave was great! There was plenty of room to store our stuff instead of the typical piles on the beds/floors.... I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

There was a tall gentlemen working the afternoon I checked in. I wanted to ask him why he was working there because it was VERY OBVIOUS he wasn't happy about anything. (Tue 8/30/22 @ approx 3:30 pm).... This, however, did not ruin our time spent there!! I'd stay again!!
