Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fort Pierce West, an IHG Hotel

The location was excellent as a stop-off on the way back to Miami Airport - just a couple of hours away. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. The big plus point was the large room size. location was also excellent just a couple of hundred yards of the Florida Turnpike

The room was cleaned OK but they forgot to replenish the disposable coffee cups and water glasses.

Great location it's close to restaurants, service stations, and stores. Close to the turnpike and interstate 95. The motel was great. Very clean, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It had alot of guest, but it was very quiet. The staff was wonderful. This is where we always stay when we visit. Most definitely will continue staying here when we're in town.

The ladies at the check in desk could be more customer friendly. Both were nice nasty and I’m quite certain that I’m not the only to have this experience with them. Very nice hotel with second thoughts about two staff persons in particular.

stay in room 406. Room very clean and nicely furnished, immaculate. Staff very obliging let me check out an hour later. Breakfast was one of the best I have had recently at a breakfast included hotel. I would have given it a 10, if not for the fact of the window blind could not be released to keep the light out.

Exactly what expected. Hot food was hot, plenty available.

Young gentleman and young lady at the front desk did not want to accept my military I.D. Fortunately there was an other lady there that said they just needed to ask what my address was. Sounds simple enough but we did have a little back and forth that almost ended in me going some where else.

Incredibly helpful staff during hurricane evacuation, got us a hotel room after our other reservation canceled our stay because they were not accepted reservations. We got into our room early and very pet friendly with no pet fee due to evacuations

Everything was great. During an evaluation we had hot breakfast every morning and felt safe

I like that the staff was very friendly when I enter and checked in. Breakfast was outstanding I usually stay at a high-end hotel but this was better.

I was extremely disappointed because the water was dirty looking to take a bath in so I had to take a shower I didn't like that the water wasn't hot when I got ready to take a shower late at night

The room was a good size and clean however the walls were a little dirty, in the room and throughout the hotel just needs a fresh paint job and it would have been perfect

I had to depart well before the breakfast buffet opened. Attendant encouraged me to have some of what was available at that early hour.

Access was pretty clumsy. Had to make a u-turn on the main road to get in and another one to get out and onto the turnpike. Access to restaurants nearby was similarly awkward. The hotel itself was good though.

The size and layout of the room was great! The bathroom was good, but the faucet was leaking and and the tub had some rust around the plug. A little maintenance can hopefully fix that. The breakfast was good and the staff was efficient and on top of things.
