Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie

Breakfast was standard, high processed foods with some relatively healthier choices. Beds were comfortable and room was decent size

We stayed on the 4th floor. The shower did not drain AT ALL. By the time two people had showered super fast (less than 10 min of water running, turning the faucet off while shampooing/soaping/etc), the bathtub was completely full.

It was very convenient to have breakfast every morning and it’s included in the price. The coffee was very good. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. TV and wifi worked great. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

It could use an update on carpets in rooms and hallways.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast choices, and the area was clean and neat. Nice to be offered a chocolate chip cookie for Chocolate Chip Cook Day when we checked in, as well as bottles of water. Desk clerk was very helpful when I was having difficulty printing something from my phone.

Not necessarily a fan of the seating area in the breakfast lobby area. Prefer more individual table options. The desk chair in our room should probably be replaced - it's worn, but more than that it creaks and cracks and leans to one side when you sit on it.

The location was great, right off the highway. It's surrounded by restaurants and conveniently located behind a gas station. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Usually when we stay in hotels, they don't give an adequate amount of towels and rags and we have to ask for more. But, at the Hampton Inn & Suites, they had us stocked, and for that, we greatly appreciated it!!

The front desk couldn't find my reservation but it was not a fault on their behalf. Booking.com messed up some kind of way so I had to book a room through Hampton Inn and now I'm waiting to be reimbursed by Booking.com. For my next trip in a few weeks, I'll be calling ahead to the hotel just to make sure they have me in their system. I've never had an issue with Booking.com before but this has really put a sour taste in my mouth and I'll be more mindful of this from now on.

Great hotel which was ideal for our needs. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a microwave and facilities to make a hot drink readily available. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful with a Variety of dishes available. On the whole a great experience!

There was nothing that I did not like or wish to complain about

everything was nice and clean. The staff was also very nice.

Being that I pick my hotels mainly because of my love for water; I was very disappointed with the pool. The pool level was low which means it wasn’t able to filter properly. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk and she said they would correct the issue but never did. I also didn’t like the fact that we asked one of the house keepers for clean towels and never got them. We actually had to go to the front desk for more towels.

Starting with the staff. Everyone was great! Shawn especially took care of our crew. We were here for youth baseball. He went over and beyond to make sure we had and we asked, he didn’t hesitate to give us great customer service! This was one of the cleanest room we’ve been in this far! Thank you guys

One room two beds, clean. Only issue was ac changed at night. I had woke up twice bc it was too warm and my thermometer did not match the thermostat in the room.

The breakfast, the host was a very pleasant young man The room was very clean The receptionist was very kind. I would like though for you to upgrade the plugs so they could accommodate USB. This trip was one of Ny best hotel experiences in a long time. Thanks again

Plugs need upgraded

Location is good. Next to hghway, Great Breakfast. Rooms are clean and the front desk lady was awesome. She greeted us nicely and provided complmenetanty water, candy etc..

we stayed for 10 hours so not able to utilize other facility so can't think of what i did not like
